Ristorante Salotto Parizzi&Picchi In Parma

An unforgettable dinner experience. The food was the exact mix of high cuisine and tradition I was hoping to find, the service was attentive and proactive, and the, recently renovated, hall was inviting and decorated with the works of local artists. If you're new to Parma cuisine the taste itinerary is a must, but if you're well versed already I highly recommend their seasonal dishes, the risotto had a surprisingly elaborate taste that I can't stop thinking about. I don't drink, but their Wine selection is stellar, according to a friend who was with me. For dessert I had the extravagantly prepared "on the spot Tiramisu", which the owner herself makes at the the table for your entourage. My main criticism is that the air conditioning was a bit weak, leading to the room being slightly warmer than I'd appreciate, especially when mixed with the leather chairs. All in all, an experience you cannot afford to miss when visiting Parma.

Wonderful restaurant with great menue, magnificent chef and very nice wine selection. Best chioce to enjoy very tasty food, nice atmosphere (many thanks to the staff, Marco and Christina!) and good wines. Simply perfect!

We chose this place for a family event. Everything was top-notch, from appetizer to dessert, simply perfect. The duck ravioli with red wine and truffle sauce and the ribeye...must try!!! For dessert, Chef Parizzi prepared a spectacular cake! Wonderful service. Thank you, and see you next time!!

We opted for the tasting menu and appreciated its refinement. We would have liked to see more Italian wines on the wine list of this restaurant, which focuses on Parma specialties. A menu with wine pairings would be a welcome addition.

We chose the Parizzi Restaurant in Parma for a business dinner, and the experience was excellent. The cuisine was top-notch, featuring traditional Parmesan dishes prepared with great care: the tortelli d'erbetta (stuffed chard) and the typical second courses were excellent. Also noteworthy was the bread baked by chef Marco, served still warm. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing evening. We then stayed in a spacious and bright double room, with a finally spacious bathroom and a very comfortable shower. Special thanks to Cristina, always attentive and discreet. A complete experience combining excellent cuisine and hospitality. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone passing through Parma, even just to taste a first-rate Parmigiano Reggiano.
