19/01/2026: We went to eat at this restaurant that my girlfriend, a friend, and I had recommended. The location was spectacular, truly beautiful. We ordered a platter and three first courses for the second course. One of the three menus had two pages of appetizers, and both had platters with two different prices. One cost €20 and one €23. The only difference was the giardiniera and squaquerone. Since it was on just one menu, we thought it was a mistake and there was only the €20 one, like the other two. We received the one on the two €20 menus, so without giardiniera, etc., but on the bill, we were charged for the €23 one. The three first courses were lukewarm, and the tortellini weren't up to par. The parmesan cream was cold, and the tortellini weren't in parmesan cream. It was parmesan cream with tortellini. The worst tortellini ever. The wait between courses is incredibly long; I absolutely wouldn't recommend it as a lunchtime spot. My girlfriend went to the women's restroom and there was no toilet paper, which I think is standard for a place of this caliber; she had to use paper towels. We went outside to smoke a cigarette, and there were cigarette butts in the potted plants, giving the place a shabby feel. The maître d', Antonello, was truly excellent. Friendly and very professional. If I could offer one piece of advice, instead of having someone just serve guests, it would be better to fix those little things that make a difference in a place of this caliber. 08/03/2026: I often go to GiustoSpirito for lunch, but an experience like today is absurd! We sit down, and after 20 minutes no one has come to take our order—Sunday lunchtime is understandable. After another 10 minutes (so a total of 30 minutes of waiting), a waiter comes by and brings a plate to the next table. I say "excuse me," but he doesn't hear me, and I repeat it again in a slightly louder voice. The waiter, not only didn't turn to speak to me, but he literally ran away! RUN AWAY! Understanding is always welcome, but being so rude is unheard of!

09/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at this quiet trattoria. We had appetizers, tagliatelle and cappellottoni with black truffle, and a truffle omelet. Everything was excellent. Service was perfect, the only downside being the bathroom. Very clean, but unfortunately only one. I still recommend the place.

08/03/2026: Inspired by the excellent reviews, I booked here. My personal experience was negative, both for the deafening noise of screaming children and dragging chairs, and for what I ordered: Piacenza DOP cured meats; coppa was neither good nor bad, pancetta was salty, salami was just okay, and the cooked shoulder was good, as was the torta fritta. The macaroni was bland and unrelated to the stew.

07/01/2026: I went on December 31st, eating à la carte. I didn't know it. I was very happy. Fresh food, perfectly cooked, very friendly staff. I was also satisfied with the price. I would just add a few more sparkling wines and extra drinks to the menu. I'll be back with friends as soon as possible 👍

13/12/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time this evening. The food was delicious. The fish skewers were perfect and incredibly tender. The service was also perfect, the girl was super nice and very knowledgeable. Well done, well done, well done!

10/03/2026: Very nice club with a popular atmosphere. The food is good and the portions are generous. Service is very friendly and attentive, though a little slow because there are only a few people. It starts to get crowded around 1:15 PM. On Sundays, it's best to go early to avoid crowds.

08/11/2025: A typical osteria in the hills outside Bologna. One of the last to bear this name! Regional cuisine, not a huge selection, but authentic flavors prepared with top-quality ingredients. Generous portions, fast service, and friendly, helpful staff. Five of us ate, each with a first and second course with truffles, side dish, dessert, coffee, and 1 liter of wine to share for less than €50 each! The atmosphere is rustic, but more than suitable for a good meal with friends.
