27/05/2026: The restaurant opens at 11:00, but unfortunately, you can only eat from 12:15 onwards. They only serve lunch, not dinner. We always order the truffle omelet here – it's divine. Today it was with mushrooms – delicious!

24/05/2026: What a spectacular place!!! I've been there for lunch several times in the space of a few photos, and I've tried many dishes, especially the mushroom ones! Highly recommended! Make a reservation because the place is small and very popular.

25/05/2026: A very central location in Ferrara. The sandwiches are simply delicious, as are the tigelle. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended as a stop in Ferrara for a casual but top-notch lunch or dinner.

30/12/2025: The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the restrooms were clean – everything was perfect. The only downside was that the staff cleared the plates too quickly; they took them away before we'd even finished eating. It made us feel a little pressured during the meal, like we had to finish fast. But everything else was great. If they improve on this aspect, I'm sure it will be a 5-star rating many times over.

23/12/2025: Excellent experience at Ristorante Romagna Mia - Piadineria. A welcoming and informal place with a pleasant atmosphere. The piadinas and traditional Romagna dishes are delicious and carefully prepared. Friendly staff and quick service. Good value. Recommended!

17/05/2026: It’s super full so you have to reserve in advance but the food and the place is soooo good and authentic!!

15/05/2026: Nice and unique restaurant. Service 1.2 would be exaggerated. We asked for a drink twice, well, it can happen. We asked for another water, the empty bottle was taken away, the first courses arrived and there was no water, it can't happen here. If there is gorgonzola in the cheese fondue, you have to specify; not everyone likes it. We removed the plate and fork while in the center there was still a plate of roast potatoes to nibble on (so not fried, which one can perhaps say, and whatever). I gave 2 thanks to these potatoes and the truffle which, even in summer, was tasty. The tagliatelle were endlessly oily, the passatelli in broth were bland with little flavor, as were the dry ones with fondue. The chef is welcome at home to try the good passatelli. We were craving dessert but in the end we gave up because we couldn't wait to leave. Terrible experience. I'm sorry.

16/03/2026: I often go there for cigarettes, and I know this bar is historic, always very popular, and has excellent coffee. Inside, you can play Enalotto and Super Enalotto tickets, and the staff is friendly. For a quick coffee, I recommend stopping by if you're in the area. Highly recommended!

20/01/2026: I can only have good reviews and fond memories of this place. Antonio and Valerio have always been the number one choice for coffee, cappuccino, and pastries on Viale Gramsci and the surrounding area. For the nearly thirty years I lived on Via Toniolo, I had breakfast there almost every morning, as well as buying cigarettes for my mother and her partner. Their kindness, courtesy, and friendliness, which was obviously reciprocated, will always remain in my heart, especially since the days of the excellent Roberta coffee. As soon as I return to Modena, I'll stop by.

27/11/2025: We dined at Calcagno with our family and found the food to be excellent, with attentive and appropriate preparation for our two-year-old, courteous staff, and a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. We were also treated to a delicious entrée and a truly superb digestif (a spoonful of sugar)! The price is a bit high, but given the many positives, it's worth it every now and then.

10/05/2026: Regular guests every year since 2019. Friendly hosts who genuinely care about their guests. Even small special requests are accommodated whenever possible. The food is always impeccable and very good, with fair prices. This also applies to the drinks. Reservations are necessary, which speaks volumes for the restaurant. Many thanks to both of them, and we look forward to seeing you again in April 2027.

04/05/2026: Passing by, we discovered this osteria, which turned out to be excellent in every way: from the welcome to the final bill, including, of course, the excellent flavors enjoyed with the mixed antipasto and the tagliatelle with nettles. Highly recommended.

You'll eat amazing things, including delicious savory and sweet zampanelle (a type of flatbread), all of them are great, as well as pasta and warm polenta just like your grandmother used to make—so comforting! The food is excellent: beautifully presented dishes, authentic flavors, and quality ingredients. You can taste the passion in every course. The service is also impeccable, attentive and friendly without being intrusive. A place I'll definitely return to and one I recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality lunch or dinner.
