24/03/2025: Ambiente curato con scelta di tè molto ampia. Ma prezzi a mio modesto avviso molto alti contando il servizio e quello che offre. Anche i prezzi per i biscotti gli ho trovati troppo alti. A mio avviso raramente ti troverai a pagare dai 7 € in su per UNA tazzina di tè ( per intenderci se prendessi la stessa tipologia di tè pagheresti 14 €) non portando neanche un biscotto e da li farli pagare 1.50 € in su pe un singolo normalissimo biscotto.

16/02/2025: Complete butcher's shop located in the center of the ancient quadrilateral, the beating heart of my city. The Florentine cows are fantastic, one of the best cow breeds on the market. The boiled meat is from the school of Bolognese cuisine. Excellent and tender white meats, starting with chickens and turkeys and then continuing with rabbits etc.etc. You have to try everything. He deserves it. I forgot: they also have a rotisserie section with tortellini and other Bolognese delicacies. For me, who lives in San Lazzaro, it is an obligatory and mandatory stop to be able to stop by Mattia and Fabiano at least once a week. They are my real pharmacists! Pier

15/04/2025: This place looked lovely, nice area, and despite brewing very busy it had a table free. We plopped ourselves down and ordered Lasagne Bolognesi Lasagna noodles with slow-cooked bolognaise sauce € 14,00 and Tagliatelle ai Funghi Porcini €17 (which has a light creamy sauce) you get a bowl of Parmesan cheese so you can add what you like. Along with this we ordered 1 draft beer and 4 glasses of red wine. For dessert we shared the speciality, Budino di Minerbio, which has a very strong almond flavour and is reminiscent of a thick cheesecake. Everything was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and attentive, but not overly so

01/04/2025: Entrando in questo locale sembra di fare un salto indietro nel tempo, l'ampia sala con l'arredo in legno ha un'atmosfera decisamente retro' e anche la cucina non indulge molto alla modernità. La solida tradizione emiliana è ben evidente nel menù: tagliatelle, pasta ripiena, salumi del posto, piadina e così via. Non aspettatevi un tocco di originalità o un soffio di leggerezza ma dei piatti comunque ben eseguiti. L'accoglienza è cordiale, il conto nella norma. Adatto alle comitive, un po' meno a chi cerca cucine più delicate o sofisticate.

30/03/2025: Io credo che cento sia un paese di persone benestanti che tenta di fare fortuna con la storia del carnevale e tutti...cencio compreso se ne approfittano . Il rapporto qualità del cibo vs conto pagato è sicuramente a discapito di chi passa di lì per caso e sicuramente non tornerà più. Unica nota positiva le due cameriere.

23/03/2025: All smoke no roast!! As soon as we left the restaurant, I didn't eat anything!! Upon arrival I asked if I could order a grill (seen at the other tables), and the waiter informed me that he had run out of tagliata (I hadn't asked for this type of meat) I ordered tortellini with truffles, which arrived and I immediately saw a hair inside!! I asked to change my plate and after a few minutes another plate arrived with the same hair!! As a second course I ordered a grilled pork almost raw so I asked to cook it again, and the same one came back... cold and raw!! None of the waitresses I raised the problem with apologized for the inconvenience, on the contrary, I heard them reply: I don't know anything!! Terrible place, I highly discourage it!!

16/09/2024: Very positive experience. I wasn't able to try the gluten-free piadina because they were sold out (last day of opening at the end of the season,...it fits!) but, I was offered an alternative, namely a sandwich (toasted to perfection) with Milanese salami, provola, grilled courgette and rocket...really tasty! I really appreciated the friendliness and kindness of the boy who served us. The glutinous piadina, ham and figs is also very good.

15/09/2024: 30 euros for two piadinas and a bottle of water seems excessive to me.
