We loved everything. The food, the service, the friendliness, the atmosphere... among other things, we spent very little for what we ate. The fried gnocco was spectacular and we also really liked the beans. They obviously took into account that we were with two little girls, which is not a given. Everything is subjective, but I don't understand why you can't give the best to places like this, which fortunately still exist. My daughter took the business card saying that when she grows up she will come back. So keep it that way. PS I find it absurd in 2026 to complain about the lack of vegan alternatives. Their menu is more than clear online, and if in doubt, you can call and ask if it is possible to accommodate any requests.

This place has been home for years and years.
Let's start with its only flaw, which is a minor one: when it's full, the acoustics don't help and everything echoes a lot.
Also, since they fry it a lot, it can be heard a little inside.
BUT BEWARE:
Here you can eat gnocco and tigelle!
Real, good.
A spartan place where you can happily spend time in company, spending a reasonable amount and enjoying a flavor that, over the years and despite changes in management, has never changed.
Suitable for groups and families with children.

Top trattoria. It offers an all-you-can-eat set menu of tigelle and gnocco fritto (delicious) accompanied by mixed cured meats, spreadable lard, and cheese. Everything is truly delicious.

Gnocco and tigelle are always superb. The set menu includes cold cuts, chicken cacciatore, stewed beans, and stracchino cheese—all mouth-watering.

Excellent restaurant with excellent food. Impeccable service. The only downside is the smoking area in the small hallway just outside the first door, which makes it hard to breathe when you leave!

The gnocchi were really good, light and not greasy...the tigelle were excellent and light. The cured meats were excellent. The beans and chicken cacciatore were good. I highly recommend it.

I have been going there for many years to taste their tigelle (crescentine), fried gnocco, cured meats, chicken cacciatore, stewed beans, Nutella and plum jam, in my opinion, the best ever.
