We've been eating there for 2 days in a row and today is the 3rd day. -Staff great 👍 -Eat great (even gluten free) -Atmosphere totally pleasant Tourist menu is amazing, mega to test and great value for money… Thank you for making our vacation special Pia (the one who always eats gluten-free and the tiramisu with strawberry sauce) 🥰

19/08/2024: Very nice restaurant. Magnificent decoration. We ate outside and apart from the mosquitoes everything was very good. Small + the card can be in Italian, French, or English. The pasta was delicious and the pizza was top notch. Very good dessert too. Very fast and smiling service. THANKS

27/08/2024: Passing through Trieste with friends, we found this restaurant convinced by the good reviews. They have done nothing but confirm themselves. There were 5 of us. My girlfriend and I divided an appetizer, took a first course each and divided a second course. At the end of lunch we were packed and everything was really of excellent quality, very good, I even complimented it. The ham in the appetizer was exquisite, the pasta, in particular the gnocchi with goulash and bacon, were very tasty and finally the Ljubljanska... I was delighted: crunchy breading, filling with an intense flavor and also abundant I must say, accompanied with chips fries cut into rounds (not frozen) and a sauce. The only "negative" note was that the service wasn't very fast, but to make up for it they also offered us the last remaining tiramisu. Personally, if waiting a little means eating like this, the wait is more than worth it: quality requires attention. Quality - price: Excellent, highly recommended: taking an average and considering that we ate a lot of things (starter and first course or just the second course with side dish was enough) drinks + half starter + first course + half second course in the end the total is around 40 euros each, but you can easily stay about 30. For this quality, less would be impossible. Place: cute, spartan, but well kept. Service: apart from the timing, rightly not fast food-like, the staff were courteous, kind and helpful.

24/08/2024: A place with attention to every detail in the center of Trieste, evocative. We stopped for a quick aperitif of his canapés. Unfortunately it is not open for dinner and we were not able to taste its cuisine, it certainly would have been worth it!

11/08/2024: We were in this restaurant for the first time, but the desire to return was immediate! The staff is very professional and kind, especially Mrs. Matilde! The food was excellent, from the starter to the main course... the lamb and the suckling pig were simply fantastic. The meat is soft and tasty at the right point. The dessert is also good... there is a varied and original dessert menu. To conclude, the place appears to be quiet and very welcoming.

14/07/2024: Thank all the gods that this place exists! We ordered lasagna, cannelloni and drinks. Everything was delicious! The lasagna and cannelloni were so tender it looked like they were cooked by angels! The service was excellent, we didn't have to wait long for anything. Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere in the establishment. A special bonus for you will be a magnificent panorama of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. If I'm in Florence, I'll definitely come here again! My thanks to the staff for a wonderful evening!

Nonostante fosse sabato il locale non era affollato, la scelta dei fuori menu è sempre limitata alla disponibilità del pescato del giorno, che consiglierei. Buoni ed originali gli antipasti. Servizio curato e veloce, nei limiti delle preparazioni al momento.

28/08/2024: Siamo tornati ancora una volta a La Posata Bianca e ogni visita a questo ristorante è come un viaggio in un mondo di sapori e raffinatezza che non smette mai di stupire e deliziare. I piatti, come sempre, sono delle vere e proprie opere d’arte. Ogni portata è un trionfo di sapori, un’armonia perfetta tra ingredienti scelti con cura e preparati con maestria. La chef continua a sorprendere con creazioni che sfidano le aspettative e lasciano un’impronta indelebile sul palato (sublime il Sogno di Namelaka al cioccolato fondente e sale Maldon, cioccolato bianco, arachidi sabbiati, gel al lime e caviale di lampone!). È chiaro che dietro ogni piatto c’è una passione inesauribile e una competenza che solo i migliori possono vantare. L’atmosfera intima e raffinata di La Posata Bianca fa sentire ogni ospite speciale, avvolgendolo in un abbraccio di comfort e calore che rende l’esperienza culinaria ancor più memorabile. Il direttore di sala, con la sua professionalità e cordialità, riesce sempre a farci sentire i benvenuti, aggiungendo un tocco di classe che fa la differenza. 12/11/2024: A truly pleasant experience, we were able to share a starter, first course and second course as per our request, the service was impeccable and very professional, we really appreciated the information provided on all the courses, we ate outdoors but I must say that the internal environment it's really nice, we will definitely be back.

Quality ingredients (for example flour, pasta, sauce or fish and vegetables) Even dishes considered normal, such as cockerel with peppers, are sublime, let alone the more sophisticated ones.
