29/11/2025: I went last night with friends, a pleasant surprise in front of the fireplace! A small, cozy, rustic place... Their gnocchi specialty is special! The horse meat pieces and the delicious homemade crème brulee were also excellent, and the service was friendly.

04/11/2025: The hotel is located in a lovingly renovated 14th-century building. All the rooms are very cozy, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is exceptionally fresh and features high-quality products.

30/10/2025: A restaurant of the highest standard both in terms of professional and pleasant service and in terms of excellent food. We ordered 2 appetizers that were precise and delicious, 2 wonderful main courses (not huge but not small either - just the right size), one of which we received an early recommendation (black and white pasta) and the other pasta with truffle mushrooms.
The desserts were also wow! Wonderful panna cotta and a not-too-sweet chocolate dessert.
The kitchen knows its job very well.
We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend it.
An elegant restaurant with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

13/12/2025: Excellent restaurant in the city center and one of the few, if not the only, places where you can dine until after 3 pm. Delicious Friulian cuisine. It closes at 4 pm and is not open in the evenings.

12/12/2025: It was a very pleasant dinner. I want to compliment the staff, who were truly exquisitely kind and made you feel at ease right away.
The homemade agnolotti were excellent, the pasta and filling perfect.
Perhaps the sauce was a little too salty... let's just say "salty," a bit like the final bill! 😄 Jokes aside, I recommend the place.

01/12/2025: The beers are excellent (it depends on your taste), but the selection is wide and expertly served. The wall of spirits also has everything you could want. The food, from what we tried, is equally good and varied, from sandwiches to fried foods to more elaborate dishes.
All this in a pub that evokes an Irish or Scottish atmosphere, or whatever you'd like, with the music merely providing background music.
Behind the bar, you'll find a welcoming person who seems to know his stuff, so once you enter, trust and rely on him.
01/12/2025: Excellent pub in the center of Trieste. Nice selection of Italian craft beers and more. Top-notch warm panettone.

Some speak French.
The food is excellent.
When we came in October, we were treated to an extra porcini mushroom with our meals. Fabulous.
The next morning, we had an excellent breakfast.
It's possible to stay overnight in the large parking lot at the edge of the park.

The food is delicious.
The staff is very friendly and professional.

26/11/2025: I ordered an appetizer, while the others had a risotto with chicken livers, FABULOUS 🤩 They brought a second plate to the middle of the table, allowing me to try a nice portion. Then I shared two main courses for four people, each of which was fried brains, which, in my opinion, was not to my liking, as well as being breaded very well.
Top service in a stunning setting and location, immersed in the Valpolicella.
09/11/2025: A very well-kept and welcoming location. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Excellent dishes, served with care. The wines from the cellar are also excellent.

23/11/2025: This place is always a guarantee. The menu changes frequently based on the seasons, but the dishes are always of exceptional quality and execution. The service is very attentive and professional, and the wine selection is incredibly extensive and extensive. The aperitif in the cellar is a must-try experience, not only for the atmosphere, but also for the selection of cured meats and cheeses.
Everything was perfect!
23/11/2025: The location is beautiful, the wine list is exceptional, but the food is so-so. I wasn't particularly impressed; I personally found it very expensive for what I got.
