08/08/2025: The pasta is truly excellent. The sauces are very generous. The Spritz isn't too sweet, as is sometimes the case elsewhere. We appreciate not seeing pizza specifically on the menu. The service was very good. We recommend it.

20/07/2025: A restaurant in the heart of Aosta, with a welcoming dining room furnished in typical Aosta Valley style.
We chose the tasting menu with wine pairings: an excellent experience. The sommelier proved to be very knowledgeable in pairings, enhancing each course.
The pre-appetizers were delicious, well-balanced dishes with attention to detail.
A special mention goes to the flavored butter and the quail, the best I've ever tasted.
A must-see for any true lover of good food.
Excellent value.

02/08/2025: An authentic and charming place, in the heart of Prosecco country. Latteria Perenzine offers tours of their dairy production (you have to book in advance, which we didn't, too bad!), but even without that, the experience was wonderful.
We had lunch there—a simple but delicious meal, prepared with very tasty local products. You can really taste the freshness and quality.
After lunch, we did some shopping at the shop, and we absolutely loved it: an excellent selection of local wines, Prosecco of course, but also other artisanal products. A special mention goes to the truffle cheese, incredibly creamy and delicious—I took it back to France, and everyone loved it!
The service was perfect, warm, attentive, with people taking the time to explain, advise, and share their passion. It makes the experience even more enjoyable. The location is easy to access, with ample free parking, and the prices are very reasonable, even low, for the quality offered.
I recommend it without hesitation: for a local meal, gourmet shopping, or a farm tour (plan ahead!), it's a great place to go.

26/06/2025: The amuse bouche was already setting up the expectations and the chef did not fail to meet them.
Lobster was tender and fresh just the portion was so small it was so good😭 sourdough was warm and crunchy sticks were buttery and well salted. The signature risotto combined a lot of flavors: cheesy, herby, and a little tangy and fruity from the raspberry powder. Lovely touch so that it’s not overly cheesy and heavy. Foie gras and eel combo was perfection. Eel was tender with the sauce while foie gras was also tender with fattiness goes down so smoothly while still having the original flavour of each ingredient. I can taste them separately in my mouth but also together. Chicken breast was not super special just cooked well and kept the tenderness instead of being dry but that’s expected at a two star Michelin. The pasta was a little too al dente but the chef made it for it by giving the uni ice cream. Wow. Seafood flavours preserved with sweetness from sugar but also uni itself. The sea grapes also added a crunch to it. Palate cleaner was refreshing. Mille feuille is buttery and crispy although the first bite of the ice cream threw me off. The after taste is refreshing though. I think this is the best petit four I’ve ever had. No misses. Peach chocolate had real bits of peaches so aromatic. Milk chocolate had a good crunch. The pine nut cake had lemon drops on it. I like how the chef balances out sweetness/saltiness with tanginess super refreshing. Lastly the chocolate banana bite was so rich.
The service is impeccable: I sneezed and a tissue box was handed to me.

Abbiamo scelto rigorosamente di assaggiare piatti locali e non ce ne siamo pentiti: presentati bene e anche ottimi.
Buoni anche i dolci è ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Un bel servizio elegante ma non pesante.

16/07/2025: I can only confirm the positive reviews and add that the food is a triumph of flavors unlike anything I've ever experienced here. The staff is excellent and attentive, even for those with allergies/intolerances. I highly recommend trying it at least once—you won't regret it!

One thing: Please place pepper mills with whole pepper on the tables. Ground pepper is blasphemy.
05/08/2025: Located in the center of town, it's great. Everything is made of wood, very clean and new. The breakfast is fantastic, with tons of options. We arrived late for check-in, and they left everything ready for us with instructions. 100% recommended.

05/07/2025: In a small alley in Courmayeur you can find an excellence of Italian catering. Here the typical food is absolutely more focused than in the usual restaurants where they offer only commercial food. The territory is exalted to the nth degree with the search for what the nature of the mountain offers. Excellent eel and grilled rabbit accompanied by sauces with local herbs, but the venison combined with the reduction of bark and lichen literally projects you into the forest of the Mont Blanc mountains. Excellent the mountain pine dessert. The chef shows an excellent hand and a passion for research that intrigues even the most suspicious customer. Good in the dining room with attention to the customer. Good wine list. Prices proportionate to what you eat. The star can only come .... well done, keep it up!

10/08/2025: We were there for the first time yesterday. I've known the owner for 30 years; he previously worked at two other restaurants. It's a family business. Everyone is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our expectations were even exceeded. Great atmosphere and excellent food. My wife had gnocci and I had tagliatelle pasta with porcini mushrooms. Everything was freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. All the other guests also seemed very satisfied. I will be happy to eat there again. Thanks to the team there, and keep up the good work.

Menù interessante e all'altezza delle aspettive con abbinamenti originali. Una menzione particolare al risotto al caffè e all'asparago bianco in crosta.
Servizio professionale e al tempo stesso rilassante.
Prezzi proporzionati allo standing. Sicuramente consigliato.

07/08/2025: We had the most amazing meal of our entire Venice trip here. Ricardo saved us the perfect table and took such good care of us! The food is out of this world amazing. The seafood pasta was so delicious. The pasta is homemade and the sauce was so good we were licking our plates. The squid secondi meal was also delicious as was the risotto. For dessert we couldn’t decide between the tiramisu and the raspberry cake. So they threw the tiramisu in on the house! Both were superb!
This was our final meal in Venice and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this restaurant!
