15/08/2026: There was a large group sitting next to us. We got the impression that the staff paid less attention to us because of that. The exterior of the restaurant is very beautiful. We did receive a discount when we paid with cash, though.

15/08/2026: It has a terrace and indoor seating, it's nice and cool, and most importantly, the food is delicious. The waiters are friendly and fast. 100% recommended. Reasonable portions.

25/08/2026: The Most Disappointing Michelin-Starred Experience I Have Ever Had I don’t usually write and review in google, but I am deeply saddened and frustrated to write this review. Having dined at Michelin-starred restaurants all around the world, I can say with complete confidence that I have never encountered a restaurant where not a single dish was enjoyable—until now. My experience at Kitchen in Lake Como was an absolute disaster from start to finish. 1. Poor Food Quality As someone who actively seeks out fine dining experiences globally, the food here fell drastically short of any professional standard, let alone a Michelin star. Not a single course was memorable or well-executed. For a restaurant with this level of recognition, the lack of flavor, balance, and quality control was completely unacceptable. 2. Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Service The service was exceptionally unprofessional: Careless Handling: Staff poured water so carelessly that it splashed everywhere across the table. Lack of Basic Courtesy: When we arrived, staff members greeted us, but literally turned their backs and walked away mid-sentence while we were still speaking. Dismissive Course Explanations: The server delivering the food rushed through course descriptions at a frantic pace and walked off before even finishing her sentence, leaving us completely bewildered. Inconsistent Sommelier Behavior: When ordering wine, the sommelier initially implied they would share a taste and discuss the profile with us. However, right after the bottle was served, they abruptly stated they don't drink alcohol. It felt disingenuous and bizarre for a fine dining wine service. 3. Pest Control & Hygiene Issues To make matters worse, the restaurant had an obvious pest control problem. Having mosquitoes and insects bothering guests throughout a fine dining dinner is simply unacceptable for a venue of this caliber. Conclusion A Michelin star comes with an expectation of culinary excellence, hospitality, and attention to detail. Kitchen failed on every single front. It felt like a trap for tourists rather than a genuine fine dining establishment. I strongly advise anyone visiting Lake Como to avoid this place—there are far better dining options in the area that actually respect their guests.

06/05/2026: For us, it's a must. When we stay in Trento, we're welcomed and pampered by the family and staff: they're always there! The rooms are cozy, the restaurant is always top-notch. For work, but also for just the two of us, Villa Madruzzo is our go-to place in Trento.

I'll be back even though it's not cheap. 2019 Update: The pizza was very dry, it looked like it had a frozen base: you'd need a saw to cut it, and it arrived in 10 minutes🤐 even when the place was full... As a restaurant, it works, so forget about the pizza. 2026 Update: I went back for pizza. Excellent! Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Good first and second courses, and the pizza too! The outdoor courtyard is perfect on summer evenings.

09/05/2026: Super elegant place from the outside, but inside it's a beautiful rustic kitchen. The service, besides being super nice and helpful, you can see that they really care about their products and customers. Seven of us came from Milan, and I have to say that for what we ate and how much the price was, it was truly excellent. I repeat, SPECTACULAR food. Highly recommended ❤️

15/07/2026: Excellent dishes, but we had little doubt about that... actually, none. The added value of this restaurant is the wait staff: young, super-efficient, and professional, whose kindness and courtesy aren't just superficial, but, in my opinion, stem from a desire to do their job well. This world still has hope! Back to the menu....Fregola with shellfish....amazing!

25/08/2026: Birrificio di Cagliari is a very well-kept and welcoming brewery, with a pleasant atmosphere and attentive, friendly, and polite staff. The menu is extensive and offers a variety of options, catering to different tastes. For a dinner for two, we ordered chips, a vegetarian dish with eggplant parmigiana, and a smoked pork chop dish, accompanied by its side dish. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The lager beer was also excellent, truly delicious and the perfect accompaniment to dinner. The total bill was €54, absolutely reasonable for what we consumed. A positive experience, recommended! 🍻

07/08/2026: We loved everything about this restaurant. Pizzas were delicious, service was terrific and ambience was amazing. We were outside and the view was breathtaking. At the end they gave us a lemoncelo, which was great.

The wide selection of whiskeys is also noteworthy, truly interesting and carefully curated, making the place a must-visit for spirits enthusiasts. The selection is impressive and allows you to discover diverse and unique labels. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, helping make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a place I would recommend without hesitation to anyone in Trieste: excellent food, high-quality beers, a wide selection of whiskeys, and a wonderful atmosphere.

24/07/2026: Ristorante Il Pino was one of the highlights of our trip to the Amalfi Coast. We had lunch on our first day in Praiano, and the views alone are worth the visit. The grilled octopus over risotto was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The seafood pasta was incredibly fresh, and the sauce was so delicious, you’ll want to sop up every last drop with fresh bread. The Hugo Spritz was phenomenal, and the service was warm, attentive, and impeccable. Caterina and the entire staff made us feel truly welcome. We returned 2 days later for their cooking class, and it exceeded every expectation. Simone and Chef Mariano guided us through ricotta-stuffed zucchini flowers, an authentic eggplant Parmigiana, fresh handmade pasta, and a tiramisu we’ll never forget. The class was fun, interactive, and ended with a delicious meal we prepared ourselves. Everything reflected authentic Italian hospitality, and genuine passion for food. I’d absolutely return to Praiano just to do this again. Highly recommended without hesitation. 5 stars.

21/07/2026: A very beautiful restaurant with a view of the sea and Positano. The staff was extremely courteous and made us feel at home. The food is simply superb. We had dinner for two and had stuffed squid as an appetizer and two pasta dishes (scialatielli and fidanzati). Authentic flavors, the kind you don't have to strain to taste. Mr. Antonio roams the restaurant and entertains customers with great charm. Outstanding limoncello and meloncello are offered at the end of the meal. Not to be missed.
