05/04/2024: The sandwiches are excellent, top quality ingredients that fully satisfy both in size and goodness. Huge choice of beers, they don't have a list, but there is a blackboard where the beers they have on tap are written, of artisanal variety and from the area. Attentive service, and very competent staff both in service and in advising you what to drink. I would happily stay here again. A little expensive, but justified for what you eat and drink. (You pay for quality)

05/04/2024: We went to this restaurant for an anniversary dinner. We opted for the 4-course choice menu. Everything was delicious from the starter to the dessert, wine included. Reasonable bill for the quality of the dishes and the service. We also really appreciated the quiet and private atmosphere of the place. We will return to try the rest of the menu and relive this culinary experience

Never banal dishes that know how to mix the fundamental contrast of flavors very well. Modern and elegant environment and equipment. Complete wine list. 16/03/2024: Sono stato per la prima volta in questo ristorante in zona porta Genova a Milano, tramite the fork. Locale molto carino e arredato bene, accogliente. Personale sorridente e simpatico, cortese. Vi arriva un entree di passato di verdure, buono nella sua semplicità; accompagnato da una focaccia fatta da loro molto buona. 4€ di coperto e pane sembra tanto ma comunque consono. Come antipasto ho ordinato la Gallinella in crosta di pane alle erbe crema di asparagi e pomodorini secchi: buona, forse un pò poco come quantità (ne avrei gradita ancora). Come primo ho mangiato la Calamarata cacio e pepe con sashimi di seppia agli agrumi: mi aveva incuriosito l’associazione dei gusti e devo dire che mi ha convito: molto buono; peccato che c’erano poche seppie. Per finire tiramisù molto buono e semplice. Con sconto the fork 50% per due antipasti, due primi, due dolci, un bicchiere di vino e una bottiglia di vino 62,50€: prezzo normale medio basso con lo sconto; senza sconto sarebbe stata forse troppo ma sicuramente è un posto che consiglio

Unfortunately, the service was slightly lacking, but not too bad—they forgot to place our order. 04/04/2024: Easter Sunday in a foreign country was coming up and I’d left booking somewhere for solo lunch a bit late. My host recommended this restaurant and put a good word in with them so I’d get first dibs at a table outside in the event of fine weather (they were fully booked indoors). I have to admit that the red and white checked table clothes made me apprehensive that it might be a sub-par tourist haunt, but it was all good. Excellent food (my first ever fresh truffles) and the wine was lovely. I’m happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a delightful dining experience in Orvieto.

29/03/2024: oh wow.. we just had the most beautiful home made pasta with fresh truffle - what an amazing flavour. thank he service was impeccable, and it had a nice atmosphere - we sat outside in a lovely quaint little laneway. so Roman!

01/04/2024: Very kind owner, very romantic, well-kept hotel with many elephants as souvenirs for the famous legendary story of the stay of a real elephant who stayed in their stables for a period of six months where he left Genoa and went to Vienna!! ! breakfast of the highest level with real silverware, with all services and with a spa, romantic restaurant. 05/01/2024: Wir wollten einen angenehmen Abend bei gutem Essen in entspannter Atmosphäre verbringen. Dann die Ernüchterung: Das 3-Gang Menü war eine Aneinanderreihung von Banalitäten. Ein neutralschmeckendes Amuse Gueule, eine total langweilige Vorspeise, eine sehr kleine, praktisch ungewürzte Portion Goldbarsch (vom Ende des Fisches) und ein banales Dessert aus drei Teilen, die kaum etwas miteinander zu tun hatten. Das Ganze nahmen wir vor einer nicht unfreundlichen, aber zu hektisch arbeitenden Servicecrew zu uns, die rund um die zentral positionierte Registrierkasse agierte. Das Beste an unserem Essen war der 2022 iger Roero Arneis.
