23/11/2025: I'm delighted to return to Rosso di Sera after many years, and the memory doesn't disappoint: excellent hospitality, a place with meticulous attention to detail and decor, and a very warm and pleasant atmosphere. The menu is fantastic, one of the best I can remember, with refined dishes and perfectly fitting names. It was difficult to choose; every item on the menu begged to be tried! Honorable mentions for the cod and tiramisu. The owner was also very kind and accommodating. An experience worth repeating!

12/12/2025: The place is very cute and welcoming. The open kitchen is a great idea. The place is full of details that immerse you in a not-so-Italian, but rather international atmosphere. We had tartare and a burger, both delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was excellent. We had a great time and can't wait to return. Convenient because you arrive in the city center by car, so you have to find parking in the surrounding streets and walk there.

28/11/2025: The restaurant is part of an experience from Campari the famous liquor brand from Italy. Campari bitter as they refer is a very common aperitivo drink in Italy and gives a bitter taste and is mixed with Prosecco or juice or with Gin to make Negroni. In this restaurant you could have an aperitivo or a dinner experience. They do have menu fish meat or vegetarian options and curated quite well. It is quite good for even bigger groups as they have separate big rooms giving the privacy if needed. The restaurant is located in Sesto San Giovanni close to the headquarters of Campari. It is recommended to reserve the place before incase of dinner. Considering the spread the price you pay is quite reasonable. Definitely recommended to try the experience.

17/12/2025: A truly welcoming, warm, and well-decorated little place, off the beaten path, with excellent value for money. I highly recommend the starter mix (see photo) and the superb meats. The house wine and liqueurs are excellent. Excellent service.

01/12/2025: Business dinner for two, we chose the grilled scamorza with prosciutto and mushrooms and two portions of arrosticini, all accompanied by sautéed chicory. Everything was truly delicious, even the pizzini accompanying the arrosticini. Good wine. Fast service and very friendly staff. Convenient parking. Excellent value. Back after a year, even better!

Even though the restaurant was quiet, I waited over 30 minutes for the steak, which unfortunately arrived not warm. Having dined at the place across the street just yesterday, I noticed a difference in speed and value (it was faster and included sides there). I hope the kitchen can improve the timing, as the place has potential.

We chose the five-course menu with amuse bouche, pre-dessert, and wine pairing, and each dish was a small work of art: a perfect balance of technique, creativity, and the highlighting of Aosta Valley's finest ingredients. The service was impeccable—attentive but never intrusive—and the atmosphere in the old 17th-century mill made the experience even more special.

19/12/2025: I'm reviewing the restaurant, not the hotel. The food was good (no stars allowed here: 4) and the service was also adequate. The place is very large and suitable for even large groups/business dinners.
