I returned to Villa Maiella for the second time, and to my great surprise, in the bag I thought contained your delicious bread, I found some homemade delicacies—a magical touch that made our trip unforgettable! In the firmament of Michelin stars, yours shines with a special light, and as a nostalgic, I can't help but repeat that the famous saying "worth a trip" has never been so true: I've made the detour twice, and I would do it again and again!

We not only dined here but also stayed overnight, which made the experience extra special. The room was simple but fully equipped and, above all, very clean.
We opted for the extensive menu with wine pairings, and that was absolutely the right choice. The dishes were surprising and refined, with the carpaccio, ravioli, and maiale nero being the real highlights. The wines were excellently chosen and paired incredibly well with every dish.
The service deserves special mention: very attentive, with a high level of service without ever becoming stiff or formal. We received a clear and pleasant explanation with every dish. You can feel the family involvement and passion everywhere.
Breakfast was also perfectly catered for, again with the same warm and attentive service. Nothing was too much trouble.
The overall experience naturally comes with a price tag, but that is more than justified — after all, it remains a Michelin-starred restaurant. Moreover, the fact that you can also stay overnight here is a great added value.
We felt particularly welcome from start to finish. Everything is local, prepared with care and passion. Highly recommended.

This was my second visit to this restaurant, which needs no introduction. Everything was impeccable, from the initial welcome to the final pampering. I can add that I appreciated the food even more, and we were particularly impressed by two dishes: the creamed Caprafico Farro with uncinato truffle and the exceptional Turnips, beans, and pink shrimp.
Great professionalism combined with an elegant and warm welcome made you feel right at home.

The menu is unique and sublime thanks to the great professionalism of Arcangelo and Angela, whose pastry making is a dream, and Peppino and Pascal, wonderful and accommodating people, who serve in the dining room.

I won't post photos of the dishes, because it's worth coming to try them and see them in person!!! I don't want to give anyone shortcuts! I've been bouncing from restaurant to restaurant for years now, but this one, I have to say, left a lasting impression on me. Perhaps it was the combination of location, weather, day, emotions, etc. High-quality food almost becomes a given at certain levels. I stop to look at other aspects, which are important, in my opinion, in every restaurant. Here, they nailed it all! Greetings and a big compliment to Pascal, his family, and the staff!!!
