We returned for the second time and it was absolutely confirmed. A perfect experience in every way. From the welcome to the last detail, you can sense the passion, care, and love for this work. The cuisine is simply excellent; every dish is carefully crafted and prepared. You can truly sense the soul behind it all, that of an authentic family-run restaurant, where nothing is left to chance. I must admit, as a true Emiliano, that I never expected to eat like this on Lake Garda. This beautiful and elegant place exudes an extraordinary passion for their work, but the food!!! Incredible dishes, always maintaining the simplicity of flavors and traditions, like the lake fish!! Of all the Michelin-starred restaurants I've tried in my life, this is by far the best! And where I'm from, Modena, I can assure you, it's packed!! Truly, congratulations to this family that has run the restaurant for three generations!!!
