L'albergo è situato in una posizione strategica, vicino Rocca Calascio, Santo Stefano di Sessanio ecc. La stanza era semplice, nuova, molto ampia e pulitissima, compresa di specchio intero e bagno grande. Lo staff gentilissimo e il cibo ottimo! Un due stelle meglio di tanti altri più stellati.

Se siete alla ricerca di un piatto delizioso e raffinato, non potete perdervi gli gnocchetti allo zafferano del ristorante dell'hotel Monte Selva di Barisciano. Questi gnocchetti sono fatti con una pasta fresca e consistente, condita con una crema di zafferano profumata e delicata e con parmigiano grattugiato. Il risultato è un piatto equilibrato e gustoso, che soddisfa il palato e lo spirito. Gli gnocchetti allo zafferano dell'hotel Monte Selva sono una vera specialità della cucina abruzzese, che vi farà innamorare della loro bontà e semplicità. Assolutamente da provare!

Wir haben hier zweimal fantastisch gegessen, Spezialitäten aus der Gegend, Arrosticini, Trüffel, Tris di Baccalà und den netten und charmanten Service genossen. Fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

27/03/2024: I had dinner last night with some colleagues, with little money I ate and drank well. Very very nice owner, he made us die of laughter, we trusted him with the entire menu. Really good appetizers, as a first course we had the scialatielli with porcini mushrooms, truffle and cream (I ate 300g). And then a very tender steak cooked rare, truly perfect. No criticism, just pay attention to the route the navigator takes you. I will definitely come back, highly recommended place!
