Excellent lunch after a nice motorbike ride, a taste of all the really good appetizers, 2 samples of first course (tagliatelle and gnocchi 🔝) and to finish 10 fantastic arrosticini... what can I say... impossible not to come back ❤️

Lunch with two children. Typical Abruzzo food, with a focus on tradition and a touch of innovation. Everything was excellent, the only flaw being that some of the arrosticini tasted a bit like lamb... Otherwise, everything was excellent: a clean and welcoming place, excellent service. There's no parking, so we'll have to park on the street. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity.

Located among the villages on the slopes of Gran Sasso, this restaurant introduced me to the delicious cuisine of Abruzzo, with its many local specialties and typical mountain products.
We started with the arrosticini, which were impossible not to order.
They were incredible and, let me be clear, much better than anything I've tasted around Italy: the meat was incredibly tender and the lamb flavor was delicate, never too intense.
We then shared a few dishes to try a little bit of everything.
The fresh pasta with lamb ragù was simply perfect, perfectly cooked and with a ragù that melted in your mouth. The pecorino alla cottora was a delight and echoed the quality of the arrosticini, thanks to the tender meat's distinctive flavor, yet without overpowering the other ingredients.
The sauce was definitely worth mopping up. Finally, my favorite dish: the pallotte cacio e ova, fried cheese and egg balls dipped in a delicious sauce. Incredible! All accompanied by an excellent house red wine.
The service was very friendly and helpful. Despite our late arrival for lunch, they welcomed us warmly and attentively, making the experience even more enjoyable.
For about thirty euros each, I left feeling full and very satisfied.
I highly recommend it.

A simple and welcoming mountain trattoria. We ordered the cheese and egg pasta and the pasta with lamb ragù: home-made, unpretentious dishes that were overall enjoyable, if not memorable. The dessert, however, was excellent: the ferrarelle filled with ricotta and chocolate, truly delicious. We were also impressed by the kindness of the staff and the fair prices.
