11/11/2025: Excellent for those who love '80s style and focus on quantity! The appetizers were decent, the first course tasted nothing like fish, and the fried food was terrible (between the poor quality of the oil and the quality of the fish, I'm not sure who wins). The appearance certainly counts, and the mussels that weren't cleaned on the outside certainly don't help! Superficial service, not the friendliest, but at least helpful.

23/02/2025: It's a very welcoming refuge where you can have breakfast, a snack, or lunch. After skiing, I stopped for a break and had a fruit tart with cream. It was delicious, made with fresh, authentic ingredients! The atmosphere is pleasant, perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by.

26/07/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante per 2 sere, la prima abbiamo iniziato con l'antipasto ma a causa dell'abbondanza e della qualità siamo riusciti ad assaggiare soltanto gli arrosticini ma la seconda abbiamo optato per i primi e secondi e debbo dire che la qualità della materia prima ci ha estasiato, il personale impeccabile e competente Alessandro con la sua simpatia e efficacia cià ha guidato per tutte due le serate da ripetere e lo consiglio

The head waiter (and the only waiter) brought us a couple of dark olives, a few slices of ham, and two (two!) slices of cheese for four people. We waited over two hours for the pizza, and this place has always been the same throughout the years. They never thought of getting an extra waiter/cook. It takes so long to get some food here, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The atmosphere is poor, and the service will make you feel uncomfortable. —— Extremely slow service; the starter was awful! 11/10/2025: This is my third time in the area for work and I've stayed at this hotel. Very centrally located, the rooms are clean and quiet, and the owner is wonderful. It's a shame that after COVID, I was told, they no longer offer food.

10/09/2025: A very welcoming property, strategically located for exploring the Abruzzo hinterland, just steps from the highway exit. Very clean, spacious and bright rooms with exceptional fixtures, and free on-site parking with independent management (we parked four motorcycles and were provided with the gate key at no extra cost). The included breakfast was rich and plentiful, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. A truly pleasant stay. We'll definitely do it again! 👍

20/08/2025: Pizza restaurant located in the beautiful setting of Piazza Garibaldi in Sulmona, adjacent to the same Church of San Filippo, from which it takes its name. Very nice and characteristic place, very good pizza even if not cooked in a wood oven; the red ones are better than the white pizzas. I will definitely go back to try it as a restaurant and not as a pizzeria. Average prices and very fast service. Highly recommended

02/11/2025: As a restaurateur, I was ashamed. It was cold and they put us outside for lunch because everything inside was full. The first course arrived after an hour: gnocchi with sausage and meat sauce, lukewarm, they forgot the grated cheese. Then I ordered a salad and they forgot the condiments, which arrived after 15 minutes. And with a liter of wine that seemed like the one from the market, I paid 30 euros, and the chef asked me if everything was okay. During payment, I had my chat: he could have at least offered us coffee, but I see that as a trattoria, it's not worth much to recommend, and to think that I have 41 friends who are coming down to this area for Christmas and I advised them not to go there. I'll use the fork.

28/07/2025: Biscotti buoni anzi ottimi. Ci siamo fermati durante la passeggiata prima di cena e abbiamo acquistato dei biscotti con cioccolato veramente ottimi. Da non tralasciare durante una visita a Scanno.

27/09/2025: Lovely pizzeria, with apparently good food even for Italians! We seemed to be the only non-Italians in the packed restaurant. Excellent service, fantastic food! Absolutely recommended!
