12/02/2025: A welcoming restaurant with a family atmosphere that will amaze you pleasantly: you eat very well! Excellent service and refined and at the same time genuine dishes. Chef Antonello delighted us with his delicacies, carefully prepared, let him do it, he won't disappoint you. The first courses are my favourites, all based on fresh pasta rigorously seasoned with fresh seasonal raw materials of excellent quality. I really appreciated the tagliolini with pistachio pesto, with anchovies and courgettes and the tacconelli with pumpkin and radicchio, seasoned to perfection. The fillet with Montepulciano is also excellent, accompanied by a generous plate of hand-cut Avezzano potato chips (delicious!). The dishes change continuously, according to the chef's imagination and seasonality, the portions are generous and abundant; it is much more than a simple inn, a real starred restaurant! We will be back soon!

01/04/2025: We booked in 5 ten minutes before. When we arrived we asked if it was possible to eat outside and in a very short time they set an outdoor table for us. Service was really fast, precise and friendly. Beautiful location in the middle of the mountains. Excellent food, really good, from tagliatelle to each and even the second course, very good. We will be back!

28/03/2025: Pleasant discovery, we happened to be in Carsoli and decided to stop at this restaurant. I am celiac and I found excellent bread and excellent gluten-free pasta. We had excellent quality cold cuts as an appetizer, 2 first courses with ragù with 3 types of meat, my husband grilled sausage with a side dish of cardoncelli mushrooms and cabbage and potatoes. All very good. Elegant place. Very friendly owner and staff. We will return. BRAVI

04/03/2025: There were two of us for dinner on Saturday evening, the place looks very welcoming inside, with all-wooden furniture which gives it a rustic and characteristic touch. The service was courteous and fast (after all, there were few customers present in the restaurant). The dishes taken were a steak with a side of pan-fried vegetables and a goulash with a side of mashed potatoes. Both delicious and cooked well: the steak was cooked just right while the goulash came with an excellent cream. Finally we had the tiramisu, which was also good and with a generous portion. I definitely recommend it. Convenient location at the Carsoli motorway exit.

05/02/2025: I used the restaurant, the place is beautiful inside and out but furnished in a questionable, somewhat confusing way. Large rooms, all communicating with each other but tables too close together. I took some tagliolini with asparagus, bacon and pecorino, quite good but the bottom of the plate was full of oil. For second I had turkey breast with cherry tomatoes and rocket, which weren't there, there was a finely chopped tomato, which wasn't a miracle. Water, terrible bulk white wine. Inedible bread. But the sore point is the welcome and kindness/courtesy... not received. Too bad, with female staff, to get lost in a glass of water.

15/12/2024: Now a guarantee. A really good ragù, which I digest much more easily than other more "famous" competitors at a local level. Delicate cappelletti, also try the ones filled with fish. My wife loves their fish sauce, so much stuff. Well done!

16/04/2025: If you don't want any nasty surprises, order thinking that you won't ask for anything else afterwards. The bad surprise is that you have to wait forever. Just to clarify, we had to get up and ask ourselves, three times and this for only 20 kebabs. It takes away your imagination. I'm sorry to say these things, unfortunately this is the truth. So, the advice, order something more so as not to reorder.

10/04/2025: Every Wednesday promotion of 9.90 euros for hamburgers + chips + drink. Well we go on a Wednesday and the promotion was not active. It's okay, it's not a problem. We order for 4, the place is not full, the order arrived after about 50 minutes. I must say that the service and the quality have dropped a lot.
