11/05/2025: Nine of us, Hungarian tourists, arrived for a quick lunch. Very delicious food, pleasant white wine, friendly, fast service. The friendly crackling fire in the fireplace was also very nice. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. Eating lunch in the restaurant was a fitting end to our walk in Barrea. Thank you very much for the experience.

25/04/2025: Davvero pessimo. Servizio scadente e personale poco serio. Siamo arrivati alle 14.00, abbiamo ordinato solo 4 secondi e dopo un’ora e trenta senza aver avuto alcuna notizia abbiamo chiesto che fine avesse fatto la nostra comanda. Ci hanno detto che bisogna a attendere ancora. Ce ne siamo andati senza aver mangiato e ci hanno perfino fatto pagare il coperto… TERRIBILE Non consiglio affatto questo ristorante Siamo stati davvero male è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa del genere Assurdo

11/04/2025: We were guests of the restaurant for lunch, and we ate very well, excellent first courses and spectacular cuts with excellent seasonal side dishes. The place is beautiful, well-kept and characteristic, the staff are serious, courteous, fast and attentive. I recommend it, among other things it has a huge green space which in summer will certainly be spectacular

28/01/2025: Enchanting place, with a pleasant family atmosphere located on the edge of the Abruzzo national park. Typical Marsica food and dishes cooked in an exemplary manner. Open all year, closed on Mondays. In the evening it opens at 8pm, it is preferable to book.

10/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena durante una breve gita in Abruzzo, abbiamo trovato piatti tipici buonissimi (arrosticini incredibili!) , ma sopratutto gentilezza e cordialità da parte dei proprietari… lo consiglio a chi passa da queste parti.

18/04/2025: Pranzo tra amici Siamo stati in questo bellissimo posto, abbiamo mangiato tutto, la polenta ai funghi e tartufo ottima! Personale gentilissimo e cosa importante ma non scontata, è che sono potuta entrare con il mio cane. Ci ritornerò sicuramente 😘

15/03/2025: Sono stato a cena con la mia ragazza in questo ristorante di Pescasseroli. La prima nota positiva è la location assolutamente caratteristica in cui si respira un'atmosfera unica. Prendiamo inizialmente delle fettuccine alla marsicana e delle tagliatelle ai funghi porcini e tartufo, da leccarsi i baffi. Successivamente arrosticini e patate fritte, tutto ottimo. Dalla gentilezza del personale e dai sapori delle pietanze si è percepito tutta la passione per la cucina fatta in casa e per le tradizioni del posto. Se passate per Pescasseroli una visita è d'obbligo.

10/05/2025: Excellent food, we sat outside because it was a beautiful day. The only flaw was the cars that parked in front of the entrance to the restaurant, near our table, even though there were free parking spaces... it's not the fault of the managers, some people simply don't really want to walk even 20 meters. Price is normal, we spent €100 for three first courses, two second courses (excellent Angus roasts), a sweet water and 2 glasses of red. Definitely coming back.

From the superlative Margherita to all the white ones there is truly a great, sometimes difficult choice. The girls at the cut are fast and kind. The pizza chef never laughs... 02/05/2025: Le fettuccine ai porcini precotte no, non me le sarei mai aspettate... per niente...la cicoria congelata e ripassata in padella no... non me la aspettavo per niente...l'acqua sfusa 2 euro a caraffa non ci credevo...il coperto ( carta ) a due euro e cinquanta a persona anche no. Spiacente per la recensione poco gradevole ma se si fanno decine di kilometri per un pasto conviviale di tipo rurale non è questo ciò che ti aspetti. Complimenti per il griglista , persona di grande dovizia ed attenzione.

11/05/2025: I was there for dinner this evening. We took a cheese tasting appetizer (very good), the other of the cured meats not so good due to the various salamis that were on the palate. The chef was kind enough to divide the 2 appetizers into equal parts without our request so that we could eat a taste of everything. First we took 2 very good imperial risottos but the price was slightly excessive, €23 for each risotto. Good coffee and bitter homemade limoncello with fabulous coastal lemons, I went back 3 years. Overall a good dinner even if the price of €85 discounted instead of €89 invites you to return for the owner's treatment, however excessive: 2 starters, 2 first courses, 1 glass of rosé and a coffee and bitters. Service quite slow. Very strong point is the terrace overlooking the castle where I hope they will return to exhibit it with spectacular aperitifs in the summer period

12/03/2025: Passing through the historic center of L'Aquila at 9 in the morning, I decided to stop in a place with the artistic name ART CAFFÈ. As soon as I entered, I immediately noticed a messy environment (euphemism), with a poorly maintained workbench, not up to the standard of a bar. I still wanted to give the place a chance and ordered a coffee. When it arrived, served in a large cup, I immediately noticed something strange: the sugar sank in instantly, leaving no trace. When stirring, the consistency seemed watery and creamless. At the first sip, every doubt was confirmed. After paying one euro, I left without looking back.
