24/02/2026: The wine bar is splendid, and the atmosphere suggested by the website raises high expectations. The food is truly excellent, although in my opinion there's still room for improvement to achieve the attention to detail the restaurant's image promises.
A suggestion to the owners: the staff is extremely friendly, but a less frenetic pace of service would help you enjoy the evening more. A little extra magic—dim lighting, the right music, or a small welcome from the kitchen (perhaps a crostini with local olive oil)—would make the experience truly unforgettable. It's worth a try!
18/02/2026: Passing through from Montpellier, I loved it! The food is incredibly authentic, the pasta is perfectly al dente, and the wine and aperitif list is fantastic. Great atmosphere, very welcoming, with a truly professional team.
A rare find that does Italy proud.

06/01/2026: We went to this restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner. The food was excellent, and we had a wonderful meal; the wine was also good, but a bit overpriced. The service was very good, with very kind and friendly staff. One downside is the parking: it's non-existent, so you have to park on the nearby streets (hoping to find a spot).
02/01/2026: We're from Turin, and during our stay in Verona, we discovered Lomitos restaurant: a truly pleasant surprise.
Excellent food, prepared with quality ingredients, with attention to detail, and showcasing the flavors of Argentine cuisine.
The atmosphere is welcoming and well-designed, making you feel immediately at ease.
The staff stands out for their professionalism, kindness, and attentive service.
A restaurant we recommend without hesitation and will fondly remember.

01/03/2026: I took a cooking class and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The chef takes you into his creative world and introduces you to a vision of his cuisine that is grounded in nature and the natural. His collaborators were with us, and despite our presence, absolute calm reigned. The chef guided us through some of his iconic dishes and at the same time taught us to cook with our senses of smell and taste, without neglecting technique. But above all, he taught us a great lesson: respect for the world we are part of, to capture its essence and share, through a small transformation, all its flavors, colors, and aromas. Thank you so much for everything.
28/02/2026: I tried the Initiation 1 menu today, and it was a superb experience! Kudos to the entire Aqua Crua staff for their hospitality, preparation, and professionalism! Highly recommended!

09/03/2026: Lunch during a Sunday motorcycle ride... The cabin-style restaurant with a huge fireplace offers a splendid view. The excellent service goes hand in hand with the excellent food. We had the gnocchi sbatui with melted butter and the pappardelle with venison ragù... stellar!!! A delicious cheese platter with jam, and to top it off, two desserts... everything was truly excellent!!! Highly recommended!!!
08/03/2026: Excellent quality raw materials. The salt embargo ended 40 years ago. 1942 ended 80 years ago, and in the meantime, new customer segments have emerged, including vegans. I don't ask for the "beyond meat" cutlet or the turnip cotechino, but at least a tomato pasta dish or spaghetti with garlic and chili pepper. I suggest being more relaxed with the customer; I know that as a vegan, I'm difficult, but I don't want to feel like I'm being treated poorly or with annoyance or superficiality. That said, I'll definitely bring my non-vegan friends.

The cool valley breeze makes dining al fresco truly enjoyable on these warm summer evenings.
The homemade pastas are excellent, featuring seasonal ingredients, including black truffles from Lessinia, and the homemade giardiniera (pickled vegetables). In addition to the à la carte menu, fresh daily specials enhance the truly inviting offerings.
An extensive wine list caters to all tastes.
The staff is very friendly and the service is attentive, even in the table setting.
A well-deserved 5 stars.

19/02/2026: Arriving almost midnight on a weekday Wednesday, we were served professionally and courteously by the staff, who kept the kitchen open especially for us. Excellent selection of sandwiches, burgers, and the like. Quality ingredients and generous but adequate portions. The pulled pork piadina was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant and well-kept. Recommended for those who want a guaranteed meal in a group.
19/02/2026: the chef and the waitress are really nice and very hospitable, (I assume the owners) they were very kind because we asked on Wednesday if they would have cooked for us at 00:00 and they were very happy to host us, what can I say, nice people

An entire tasting menu themed around stockfish, in every possible way.
Simply SPECTACULAR!
The place is huge and always packed, there must be a reason!!!
I'd call it a must-see if you're in the area!
