A top-notch restaurant, with a delightfully obsessive attention to detail, yet without being "snobbish," excellent service and a human approach to guests. A restaurant that only lacks a star, but for me, that doesn't matter... better than many starred restaurants.
The owners and staff are also very welcoming (as is the entire Sappada community).

We had the pleasure of trying this restaurant and were truly satisfied. The food was excellent, with carefully crafted, flavorful dishes prepared with quality ingredients. Careful attention was evident both in the selection of ingredients and in the presentation.
A strong point was definitely the service: the waiters were extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, always available to offer advice and make us feel comfortable without ever being intrusive. A truly pleasant experience that we recommend to anyone in the area.

Despite the excess of gourmet, contemporary pretentiousness, and formality (I was expecting a more traditional and rustic menu), the food is delicious, and the place is charming: it's worth a visit and worth appreciating over time.

A place with meticulous attention to detail, excellent service and food (the homemade bread is delicious). A good selection of wines. That said, the prices aren't cheap, but they're in line with the service provided. If I had to find a flaw: the incredibly long lines to use the restrooms.

Five stars are not enough! One of the places that will remain most memorable from my holiday in Sappada. Stunning design and architecture, everything meticulously crafted. The owner's courtesy and kindness are unparalleled, and the quality and uniqueness of the dishes are truly Michelin-starred... one of a kind!
