The wait staff was very courteous and friendly, and made you feel right at home. The smoked Black Angus carpaccio was delicious! The grilled meat? Mouth-watering! Try it! The trio of side dishes was delicious; I loved the baked potatoes, superb! Finally, the homemade dessert was delicious and plentiful. Excellent value for money! What can I say? Highly recommended!

04/11/2025: Two Meals and Total Satisfaction It was during a visit to Verona that we discovered this restaurant located near the city. We went there twice in one week. Once for lunch and once in the evening. Our first visit was perfect, with a selection of premium meats, one of the perks, and also the option to choose all the wines by the glass, which allows you to taste different qualities depending on the dish. Our second visit was in the evening to enjoy a different atmosphere. We tasted different meats but also exceptional ham. The purées are worth trying to accompany the meats. Our selections: Empanada, Pluma Ibérica de Pata Negra, Asado de Tira and Degustatione Premium, Tris di Purè, Purè al Lime. For the wine, we chose a Malbec. A selection of different salts accompanies the meats for a special tasting. The only minor complaint I have is that when we ordered the tasting platter, the warmer wasn't hot enough to keep the meat at the right temperature for long; it quickly went cold. I think this aspect needs to be addressed to ensure everything is perfect. The dining room staff is professional and attentive. The kitchen team responds to your requests regarding the cooking of the meat. The restaurant offers its customers the option to receive offers via a dedicated app if you wish to return to Verona. 14/10/2025: Splendid location Trattoria located in an old mill, beautifully restored, with spacious indoor and outdoor spaces, a garden, and a pond where you can relax on wooden benches. Superlative food, decidedly above-average, and attentive service. From the appetizers to the Amaro del Frate liqueur, you feel cared for and well-attended. A unique experience, worth repeating.

You see Verona and even Bologna. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The food was absolutely outstanding – traditional dishes prepared with care and passion, highlighting the authentic flavors of the Veneto region. The pasta was excellent, fresh, and full of character, perfectly paired with local wines from Valpolicella. Every bite reflected the quality and tradition of this unique place. 22/09/2025: Spectacular trattoria. One of the few with a visible grill, professional, fast, and courteous staff. The Florentine steak is excellent (even Gioia, my friend Luigino's dog, a true connoisseur, appreciates the bone), and the house Malbec is very good to pair. Trio of cheeses with mustard...at my request (immediately granted by the kind and knowledgeable Antonio)...accompanied by a good Vermentino...The hot chocolate dessert is excellent...paired with a glass of excellent Recioto. (The house panna cotta with berries is also good, and the pairing with the Fregona DOCG...unmissable...I ordered it last time). Interesting appetizers, such as tagliata, but the first courses are certainly worth it too. I've finally found a place that meets my needs: quality, professionalism, and a warm atmosphere, amidst rustic furnishings and priceless aromas. Reasonable price. A wellness experience for the senses, not only for the senses, but also for the senses. I've gnawed on the bone... It's impossible to resist, faced with such excellence... etiquette gives way to primal appreciation. IMPOSSIBLE, also thanks to this experience, to entertain the mere idea or vague intention of becoming vegan or teetotal.
