09/08/2026: A magnificent place, nestled in a stunning setting. The view is breathtaking. If that weren't enough, the hospitality is second to none and the food leaves nothing to be desired. The accompanying wines are the perfect complement to the refined appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Even as a vegetarian, I ate truly well (and a lot!)

26/07/2026: Invited by a mutual friend, we finally had dinner at this family-run trattoria, and I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied by the authentic, vibrant flavors. The service was impeccable and professional, followed by the "simple" yet meticulously prepared dishes. It's a shame we hadn't been there before. The value for money was truly excellent. The wine list features Italian and international wines, including a fine selection of champagnes, including top labels like Selosse's "Lieux-Dits" thanks to direct allocation. An intimate restaurant serving meat and fish dishes. Oysters, raw fish, and caviar are always available.

19/04/2026: First experience, Dandelion-themed dinner, we loved everything! For me, being vegetarian, they changed the menu accordingly. We had a great time, the staff was very kind and welcoming. I miss the photo of the dessert, it was delicious 😋🫶.

The dishes presented are a feast for the eyes, true works of culinary art. The refined flavors of the dishes satisfy the palate with delicate and well-balanced flavors. The overall experience was extremely positive, leaving a lasting impression. Excellent restaurant in every way!! It will become one of our go-to places. We highly recommend trying it.

07/08/2026: A historic trattoria in the Vicenza hills, now a full-service restaurant thanks to the refined cuisine. But the best dishes remain the classics: truffle risotto, and exquisitely thin handmade tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles; both unrivaled by any nearby competitor. Attentive service. Good wine selection. Eating al fresco in this scorching summer, to the sound of cicadas replaced by crickets at dusk, is truly one of life's joys.

The balance of ingredients is truly meticulously crafted: the grilled ham lends a delicate smoky aroma, the stracciatella makes every bite creamy, while the sun-dried tomatoes add intensity without overpowering the other flavors. The chopped pistachios add a pleasant crunch, and the fresh basil rounds it all out with a touch of freshness. The dough is also excellent: light, well-leavened, with a fragrant crust and impeccable cooking. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care with which each pizza is prepared. If this is the pizza of the month, it's definitely worth trying before it's replaced. Kudos to the entire Giò Pizza Noventa team for their passion, quality, and attention to detail! 🍕👏

08/07/2026: The undisputed king of sushi in Bassano ​I've been there several times and it's always a given: the food is divine. ​The dishes: Everything is incredibly tasty, but the belly rolls are exceptional and worth the visit alone. The raw materials are second to none. ​The atmosphere: The dining room is beautiful, with modern and meticulously designed furnishings. ​The service: Friendly, welcoming, and super professional staff. ​Highly recommended. Without a doubt the best sushi in Bassano and, quite possibly, in the entire province of Vicenza. A well-deserved 5 stars!

03/06/2026: This is my favorite restaurant. A beautiful location with a panoramic view of the Berici Hills. Tasteful, warm, and welcoming decor. The cuisine is consistently excellent, showcasing local products with impeccable presentation. The cheese trolley is beautiful, from fresh to mature, including excellent goat cheeses. The service is attentive but not intrusive. Courtesy and kind. The excellent wine list features a good selection of high-quality local products. The desserts are fantastic, especially the caramelized millefeuille with Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries. It's the perfect place for a dinner with friends or a romantic candlelit dinner. Highly recommended; you won't be disappointed, but you'll take home a pleasant culinary memory of genuine hospitality. Truly talented, with their passion and professionalism. Definitely see you soon.
