At least once a year we treat ourselves to an evening at Trattoria Rui. It's a great dinner, as always! This time we tried the Cimadolmo white asparagus all-you-can-eat menu, excellent and well-crafted in various variations. We had the trio of appetizers (fried, raw, and marinated with Taggiasca olives and capers) and crepes with asparagus cream. For dessert, we finished with a special asparagus gelato, truly superb! Creamy and delicious! The atmosphere is always impeccably maintained, the service fast and attentive, and then a chat with the super-friendly host when it came to the bill. See you next time!

An unexpected reservation issue was handled with great courtesy by the staff and owners, which we truly appreciated. Otherwise, Rui confirmed our memories: a delightful atmosphere with attention to every detail, and a truly delicious asparagus menu with every course. The zabaglione semifreddo was spectacular! Very satisfied.

The exterior is stunning, meticulously maintained, while the interior offers a warm and characteristic atmosphere with copper pots and other traditional items. The asparagus menu (in May) is amazing, thanks in part to the PGI asparagus. Excellent service, though the price is perhaps a bit high for such a local product. This is my third time dining here, and it won't be my last!

The kitchen serves dishes based on seasonal ingredients. The asparagus dishes we tried were truly delicious. The atmosphere is romantic, and the owner's attention to detail is evident. The attentive staff is another strong point, and the price is fair.
