Sublime! Exceptional location with views of the Dolomites. Obsessive attention to detail, what makes the difference between eating out and having an experience. Very friendly, attentive and expert staff accompanied us during lunch with smiles and beautiful stories. Dishes that convey the Chef's profound knowledge and incredible skill. Processing of raw materials at the highest levels. Unforgettable lunch!

5 stars for the food, all good dishes, some exceptional (the lamb in two courses for example or the glass strudel). The two entrées were also very welcome, the small pastries offered were nothing exceptional. unfortunately we need to work on the service, although the waiters are all very kind and helpful, the level is not up to the level of the restaurant. they didn't serve water to all the diners, they kept walking past to offer cutlery and serve the dishes, we waited a long time to have the wine,...in short, from a restaurant with one star you expect the service to be of excellent quality. another level and there are no such basic errors. probably all also accentuated by less than optimal space management (some diners were actually seated in places that were impossible for those serving the dishes to reach).

I'll start by saying that no dish exploded in my mouth, leaving me amazed and completely taken aback. I was a little disappointed by this evening, I was hoping to have a Michelin star "experience" but that wasn't the case for me. I continue by listing a series of small opinions from a simple enthusiast: the bathroom wasn't very good, perhaps a few too many tables, a dish that arrived wrong and one that was decidedly salty, a hard macaron and a pomegranate sorbet in which the pomegranate didn't appear! I conclude by congratulating you for the friendliness, for the availability, for the kindness, for the welcome, for the wine, for the artichokes, for the spirits and for the feeling that this place has been able to convey to me, that is, that the past even if it brings with it some wonderful emotions that should be remembered.

Great food and friendly servers. The chef came out and met all the guests at the table. We picked the tasting menu. Though it was pricey, the food and experience was well worth it.

Yesterday we stayed at the Tivoli with our 2 dogs as well. What can I say...spectacular food, the attention to people, including animals and to food is priceless. Classy restaurant but with the feeling of being at home. Very adequate prices. We will definitely return. Thanks to all the Tivoli staff

I am lucky enough to have frequented many starred restaurants, having an inordinate passion for excellent cuisine. In all honesty, I was slightly taken aback by the dinner at Tivoli, which I can't say fully met my expectations. Nothing to complain about the quality of the dishes and the raw materials, however I did not perceive the research and attention that should distinguish a starred restaurant. The place looks like an old cabin, well kept but apparently chaotic, just as the service is a bit chaotic and confusing. Lots of empty bottles on display, a little outdated. The spaces in the room are narrow and the seats exceed the available space: the tables are very close together (almost like in a restaurant) and unfortunately, in our case, we were surrounded by diners who were a bit "noisy" and almost rude (but it is certainly not a fault of the manager!!). However, the limited spaces, in addition to penalizing the guests, tend to put the dining room staff in difficulty, who always seem to run left and right, conveying a feeling of confusion and lack of organization. And in the end, attention to the guests is lost a little: the wine must not be brought to the table after the welcome appetizers, the table must not be left without bread, the coffee must not arrive before the small pastries... then from our table we could often smell smells/perfumes coming from the kitchen... many small details not in keeping with a Michelin star... and the staff not really up to par. The dishes were good overall, the final bill was certainly adequate and in line with the quality. But, in my personal opinion, I find the star a little oversized. Sin.

Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione vegetariano, una bella sfida superata egregiamente che ci ha costretti a tornare subito la settimana successiva per assaggiare altri meravigliosi piatti. D’ora in poi non potremo più farne a meno
