Everything was amazing, the service and the food. It's honest food, respecting its roots in the italian cuisine, very generous quantities as well for a michellin star restaurant. Not overcomplicating things, the flavors worked and it was amazing. Highly recommended.

Exceptional dishes, especially the lobster tartare; a wide selection of wines (including unusual and international ones); very friendly and helpful staff.

What a wonderful place! Recommended by the Michelin Guide, we decided to try it, encouraged by its star… and the experience couldn't have been better. The restaurant is charming, with a carefully curated ambiance and excellent, attentive, and professional service at all times. We opted for à la carte because we didn't want a very long meal, and it was a great choice. Every dish was delicious, beautifully prepared, and made with incredible quality ingredients. Even so, the tasting menu is definitely worth trying as well. Without a doubt, an experience we would repeat. We loved it!

The dishes were refined, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, and the service was attentive and professional. It was an unforgettable dining experience in Cortina. Highly recommended.

Certainly not cheap and had it been busy, I might (although I don't know) have felt a little begrudging of the price tag but it wasn't busy and the staff used this latitude to be extra friendly, attentive, efficient- flawless service: I wasn't just fed, I was entertained and charmed.

One of the most pleasant dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. We were in town to watch the Olympics and booked this place a few weeks in advance. She did the vegetarian tasting menu and I did the meat one. Incredible fresh and local food (a lot of game meat for me, which was delightful) and the portions were HUGE. Like we had to force ourselves to only eat 50-60% of some plates, which felt like a crime, in order to keep appetite for the end. Drink pairings were perfect, Fabio deserves a raise! Juan Jose was welcoming, and knowledgeable as our server too. 10/10 recommend, and come hungry if you do a tasting menu 🤌

Once you try Tivoli Cortina, you'll never forget it. It's a truly unique experience. They did a good job putting the Prest Family on the logo, because the welcome is just like being at home: warm and comforting. The place is simple and well-kept, with lots of wood (confirming the perceived warmth), and neat and simple. The large terrace overlooks the splendid Cortina, offering spectacular views of the Tofane mountains. The dishes are delicious, sometimes surprising with their simple flavors, which, when expertly mixed and blended, explode in the mouth. The wine selection is excellent. Chef Prest even passed through the tables and delighted us with his presence. What can I say... highly recommended! It's a treat everyone should give themselves!
