An excellent experience in the Valpolicella hills. Locanda Badin occupies a beautiful courtyard surrounded by hills and vineyards, while inside there are several rooms that can accommodate a variety of guests. The staff is very welcoming and kind, making guests feel at home. Locanda Badin's dishes range from traditional dishes, such as risotto with Amarone, to tortello with Monte Veronese and tartasal, to various first courses seasoned with truffles or horse meat. The meat-based main courses come from local farms and overseas, including the famous Wagyu BMS 5+ sirloin, which I highly recommend. Other bone-aged meats are also available, as is a selection of excellent wines. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the inn. Prices are consistent and vary based on the dishes ordered; advance reservations are recommended.

I highly recommend this place for great food, one of those places you go to once in a while but pay for a truly wonderful experience.
The waiters were helpful and very kind; I wasn't even feeling well that day because I was sick, and they even offered me hot tea.
The food was amazing, especially the meat, so I recommend ordering main courses.
Nice, quiet, and pleasant atmosphere. We found parking right away. The only thing is that it's not clear where it is because there's no sign. Just keep going straight and a waiter will surely tell you where to enter.

It's rare to find a perfect place. The location is beautiful and well-decorated. The staff is efficient and professional. The courses are served promptly. The wine list is excellent. The meat, from tartare to grilled meats, including some unusual cuts, is very good and well-served. The side dishes are excellent. The bill is reasonable. We'll definitely return.

I couldn't find a single flaw! The service was impeccable, with waiters always available and professional! The timing was right, the prices were right, and the portions were great!
The atmosphere was small and very intimate, making you feel relaxed! Excellent wine and a great selection! Delicious food, with generous portions (superb value, given the amount) yet well-balanced. Nothing was too much or too little! The charcuterie board was plentiful, as was the cheese board—a platter easily split between two people (but we wanted to overdo it 😄😉). The giardiniera was excellent, and served in a generous bowl! The meat was excellent and cooked to perfection! I had the cheek, SUPERB! The side dishes were plentiful and excellent! The desserts were superb! Truly, amazed by everything! We'll definitely be back... and we'll definitely spread the word!

A charming location in the Valpolicella hills, the restaurant is meticulously maintained with a slightly rustic yet refined interior that makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and hospitable. Excellent food, made with top-quality ingredients, not just the meat, which is excellent. Carefully plated dishes and well-chosen pairings are also included.
The wine list is well-stocked with unusual labels, making it the perfect place to enjoy a good wine and spend a special evening.
