My boyfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the restaurant. First of all, it was possible to book a table on the same day - this can be difficult at a Michelin restaurant in Denmark. We ordered a five-course menu with dessert, where we left the choices to our hostess, who very competently selected dishes based on our wishes, including my boyfriend's wishes for vegetarian dishes. The service was very attentive and, for example, no food was placed on the table if we were not both present. Before each course, a glass of wine was poured, which was matched to the dish that would be served immediately after. Both wine and food were presented in a very nice and knowledgeable way and with a little story about the characteristics and origin of the wine. The wines and ingredients in the food came mostly from the local area. All in all, the food and wine looked absolutely fabulous in the equally authentic surroundings and the interior of the premises. So thank you so much for a wonderful experience to the hostess, chef and waiters, who all contributed to a wonderful memory of our holiday 🌞 We recommend the place to anyone who wants to challenge their taste buds and other senses ⭐

Regardless of the criticisms regarding the use of raw materials that are not exclusively "local" since the beginning, he continues to mix products of the highest quality with originality. And today, as then, it proves to be a thousand light years ahead of its more famous colleagues!

a few times a year we love to pamper ourselves and be pampered in some fine and renowned restaurant but here I must say that everything was above expectations. The location is small, elegant, clean, refined and precise in every detail. The waiters and the sommelier are elegant, indispensable and highly trained, not to mention the owner Elena who gives elegant descriptions of dishes with parsimony of details and ability. The food is...wow....sublime... Truly amazing, tasty, refined, and if you decide to do the journey with the wines paired with the dishes well...believe me don't make mistakes and everything will be even more exalted in taste and to the eyes. Really good...at the end the Chef came to the table and we also appreciated it because it allowed us to understand whose hands prepared and produced such delights...a superfine talent. We will come back for sure

amiamo qualche volta l'anno coccolarci e farci coccolare in qualche ristorante pregiato e rinomato ma qui devo dire che tutto è stato sopra le aspettative. Piccola, elegante, pulita, raffinata e precisa in ogni particolare, la location. Eleganti, indispensabili e preparatissimi i camerieri e il sommelier, per nn parlare della titolare Elena che regala eleganti descrizioni di piatti con parsimonia di particolari e capacità. Il cibo è.....wow....sublime... Davvero strepitoso, gustoso, raffinato, e se decidete di fare il percorso con i vini abbinati alle pietanze bhe...credetemi nn sbagliare e tutto risulta ancora più esaltato nel gusto e agli occhi. Davvero Bravi...alla fine la Chef è passata al tavolo e l'abbiamo apprezzato anche perché ci ha permesso di capire da quali mani preparate e uscivano tali delizie ....un talento sopraffine. Torneremo di sicuro.

Delightful place, elegantly cared for down to the smallest detail. Superlative food and wines and lots of choices. Exquisitely friendly staff. You feel at home. I have never eaten so well in Sappada.
