04/11/2025: Don't be put off by the multi language menus or heavy advertising, this is a gem of a restaurant with excellent food and great service. Not cheap but great value

17/06/2026: We popped in at lunchtime to book a table for the evening, but they didn't have any suitable availability, so we stayed for lunch instead. Absolutely wonderful experience. The service was warm and friendly, and the food was delicious. Grazie Mille!! 🙏

16/07/2026: Had a delicious meal! Friendly staff. Just outside the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds. The price-quality ratio is also excellent.

15/07/2026: Very delicious and fresh seafood. The octopus is so tender. Pasta tastes excellent and texture is very nice.

03/04/2026: A historic restaurant in the center of Venice, with very welcoming, helpful, and friendly staff. Truly excellent food and generous portions; we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Fresh, high-quality ingredients and absolutely fair prices. A pleasant discovery, highly recommended!

02/04/2026: We visited this rather basic trattoria. The service was excellent, attentive, and fast. We tried the pasta with clams, which was quite good, and a second course of John Dory. We spent €40, a decent price-quality ratio. Positive experience.

27/10/2025: In the somewhat secluded Rialto area, this small osteria is a pleasant surprise, serving traditional and non-traditional dishes, from appetizers to dessert. The atmosphere is intimate, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Prices are moderate, with generous portions and excellent ingredients. Reservations are recommended. We'll be back.

27/10/2025: I've known this place for years, and every time I'm in Venice, I always try to return. I had the pleasure of bringing my colleagues last Friday, and we were all very satisfied. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was casual yet elegant. Roberto served us with reverence, entertaining us and making us have a great time. Thank you, and see you next time.

28/06/2026: After reading all the good reviews of this place, well, maybe we were just unlucky… Or maybe the cooks have changed… To begin with, the woman who served us was bitter and grumpy. Perhaps she was having a bad day. The food was mediocre and didn't live up to the prices. The meat was full of gristle, the cod didn't smell good… the salad greens were the kind you buy pre-packaged at the supermarket and were already wilted… The bread was mass-produced and awful. The place is small, and while we were eating, the cooks were walking around with the trash cans. A rather unpleasant detail.

02/06/2026: Food was ok for how expensive it was, but what did you expect, it's Venice. Anyways, staff(helped us take a photo!) and atmosphere is amazing, and better than most restaurants out there. Best for 2 ppl(The entrance has like 6 two seated table)

18/05/2026: On a Sunday night without reservation this place seated us and tended to us with so much attention, detail and quick service. Our meal was extraordinary. Everything was excellent the taste was superb the ambient was joyful not overcrowded just simply happy and enjoyable. Loved this place as a first time comer in Venice this was a win win. Highly recommend.

08/07/2026: Our favorite restaurant of our trip. It was recommended by our Hotel front desk. She actually gets the credit for this; she was very transparent and told us this is nothing fancy, just a cheap, local eat kind of restaurant. We decided to try it on our last night and were very happy with the seafood pasta, Caesar salad, and lobster linguine. We split a bottle of white wine recommended by staff, and it was phenomenal. Would recommend and would return.

06/07/2026: The best meal and service we had since arriving in Venice. Avoid the big tourist traps and give this small authentic restaurant a try.

18/06/2026: This was our second time eating here and this experience changed the whole feeling of the night toward the negative. We were all happy with our meal choices this time just as we were three years ago. The ambiance and vibe here is awesome and the place feels like a hidden gem of a location once you walk inside. What ruined our night was the bartender / server and his attempt at humor. When one of our party asked about some of the menu items he said they could ask one question (as a joke) then proceeded to make it harder than it should have been to help make choices between items. We weren't being difficult or asking anything unreasonable. He was demeaning to the four women at the table and kept looking at me, the lone man, for validation of his humor. We were all so put off by him that we didn't want to ask him for anything or even make eye contact when he came back around. We skipped deseet and left for gelato. This visit was a complete 180 from the last time and we won't come back.

21/06/2026: The owner gave us an excellent welcome. The service was very pleasant. The Venetian cuisine was sophisticated and refined. It's especially suitable for adults and couples who appreciate this type of establishment and are willing to pay the price: yes, when you want to eat well, with local produce, in a pleasant setting, it's not 20 euros per person, but rather 50 euros, especially in Venice. And it's entirely worth it!

07/07/2026: It was so delicious! We ordered squid ink pasta, fried seafood, white wine mussels, and grilled vegetables. Everything was incredibly tasty.

28/06/2026: It was the perfect dinner to end my trip to Veneto region this time, thanks to the kindness of Alessandro and Chef Marco! I loved everything about this restaurant. The cozy not over the top vibe that is just real and simply let deliciousness talk! I can never lose weight in Italy i guess…even after a hiking trip to the Dolomites…oh well it’s all worth it! Thanks Chef for the limoncello on the house in an attempt to rid me of my very satisfied popping belly. Yum!
