09/12/2025: I've been coming, or rather, I used to come to eat here since 1980... It was my favorite pizzeria when I first came to Tesero... I understand the young people (for me, they'll always be young) who decided to change their style, but for me, they've lost the charm of the place.
More than a Tesero place, it feels more like a London place in terms of style and food. It's no longer the typical rustic one with wooden benches and the mountain scent; it's now too modern for my tastes. Even the portions now leave a bit to be desired given the prices... Guys, I can only wish you the best, but I don't think I'll be back.
07/12/2025: Beautiful venue located in the center of Tesero...the upper floor is a restaurant and pizzeria, while the lower floor is a cocktail bar...we stopped in for an aperitif, and even though all the tables were booked, they managed to find us a table! Top service, very kind and helpful staff! Well done!

Local wines, not to be missed. My impression? It's exactly what I wanted, and even more!
14/11/2025: Despite the low season, by booking early, the host opened the farmhouse just for us (a group of eight). She looked after us with care and love throughout our stay. The atmosphere is familiar, meticulously maintained, and incredibly welcoming. Excellent local cuisine, all served with local wine. The set menu was so extensive that we were already full by the end of the appetizers. The price was more than fair. Highly recommended. ⛰️

07/12/2025: Typical mountain restaurant, freshly prepared dishes. Seats 20. Top-notch meats, including several varieties. Appetizers = superb traditional cold cuts. First courses are sometimes on, sometimes off. The restaurant's focus is on meat. A guarantee.

22/08/2025: Having discovered them through Google, we came to buy their wonderful and delicious tarts. The aroma could even be felt in the camper parking lot where we stopped!
The staff were extremely friendly.

20/09/2025: My wife and I stayed here from September 11th to September 20th. It was a charming place. The family-run property was always attentive to our requests. The dining room staff were extremely kind. We had both lunch and dinner there very satisfyingly. The room was always tidy. Definitely recommended.

03/10/2025: We had lunch at Manuel's and had a wonderful time! The mushroom risotto was excellent and creamy, the cutlet with fries was perfect for the kids, and the homemade tiramisu was truly outstanding. Friendly staff, generous portions, and fair prices: highly recommended!
02/10/2025: Rustic trattoria just steps from the center of Aosta, where you can eat well and spend relatively little.
Pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven.

12/12/2025: Paccheri with meat sauce, magnificent and tasty. The venison is a must-try second course. Everything else is above average.
The prices are a bit high, but given the quality, that's understandable (on holidays, a first course with water and a cover charge can easily run €20).
The restaurant itself isn't large, so booking in advance is recommended.
04/12/2025: The atmosphere is clean but a bit anonymous, with prompt and courteous service. The dishes are well-prepared and presented; I really enjoyed the meat ravioli with amaretto and a sprinkle of lemon, and the raspberry cheesecake with an unusual addition of basil.

Negative note: I made a reservation for two on Saturday night, but we ended up being the only ones there. The stove wasn't turned off, so the atmosphere was cold and the service was rather rushed, allowing them to close early.
I think when I called to make a reservation the same day, they made a better impression by telling me they were closed.
It's a shame because the place is worth it, both for the food and the atmosphere.
