Very welcoming restaurant An intriguing menu, not entirely locally sourced, and a high-quality wine list. We shared the fried artichokes and cured meats and cheeses. My cannelloni with fondue was a real treat. With a bottle of Etna red, we spent €50 each.

A beautiful location if you happen upon the vaulted ceiling room, surrounded by a myriad of bottles of wine. The food is good, very well prepared. The restaurant isn't cheap, but as is usual, you pay for quality. Highly recommended.

A very nice restaurant with excellent food. A warm welcome from all the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal; everything was perfect and delicious! We had a truly wonderful time. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Excellent. The owners are helpful and courteous. They found us a table even though we hadn't booked. The set menu was very affordable. We ate very well.

We come to Aosta every year, and Aldente is a restaurant where we go at least once. Everything is consistently delicious,l. A special mention goes to the chocolate fondant: it is absolutely fantastic and a must-order. In fact, it is one of the main reasons our children always ask to come back! That said, it’s not just about the dessert. Everything on the menu is excellent. Thank you for another wonderful experience. We look forward to coming back again next year.

A very well-maintained restaurant, both in terms of its ambiance and its cuisine. The dishes were excellent and prepared with great care. Convenient location in Aosta town and excellent service. Recommended.

09/04/2026: A fantastic experience even though it's a 2-star hotel. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, the breakfast is so generous it's worth a lunch, the food is excellent, and the staff is dedicated solely to the customer, always attentive to everything. Cinzia was immediately available from the first minute of our stay until the last. Great staff, well done.
08/04/2026: I stayed for 3 days and was truly satisfied. In the evening, I had dinner in the restaurant and a pizza: truly excellent, well-made, and tasty. I was also very impressed with the breakfast in the morning, especially the attention to detail and the quality of the products: everything was beautifully presented and truly enjoyable. Another strong point is definitely the staff, always friendly, polite, and welcoming, capable of making you feel immediately at ease. Highly recommended, I would gladly return!

04/04/2026: Amazing place to eat pizza, free parking slots available near by We ordered gnocchi, margherita and ragu, all delicious Staff is nice and kind. Very neat and clean, modern style resturant- clean toilet also And not so expensive for service and value they provide
