09/02/2026: Five very enjoyable days of skiing. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and modern, with a bar and restaurant (excellent food), run by friendly and always helpful staff. The view of Aosta and the mountains in the valley is stunning, and there's roadside parking 100 meters from the facility. There's a ski locker. The only downside: it's close to the intermediate stop for the cable car (Les Fleurs), but you have to walk about 300 meters, which isn't feasible with ski boots on (so we rented a ski locker at the cable car arrival point, so we didn't have to use the car anymore). Overall, the facility is excellent, exceeding expectations!

They send you the menu in the morning with what’s freshly made that day. A great place to eat if you’re in the area for local food!

04/03/2026: Simply extraordinary experience! We were here between late October and early November 2025 and were so impressed that I feel compelled to leave a well-deserved review. We arrived around 3:00 PM, when most of the restaurants in the area were already closed. Despite it being after hours, they were incredibly helpful: they left the table open especially for us and, at our request, even prepared raclette for us to try. A truly rare gesture of attention and care towards the customer. The raclette was delicious, perfectly prepared, and the service was impeccable: kindness, professionalism, and a genuine welcome that makes all the difference. It's not just about the good food, but the experience. We felt welcomed, listened to, and pampered. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking quality, human warmth, and true hospitality. Top, top, top! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

01/03/2026: We vacationed in Courmayeur, and unfortunately we only stayed at Baita Ermitage on the last night of our stay, because I'm sure it would have been our regular stop. Baita Ermitage is the kind of place you look for on a typical day in the mountains, perhaps after a long, tiring ski trip: a traditional refuge full of stories, where you're welcomed and pampered by the staff and where you can refuel with traditional Aosta Valley cuisine. Every dish we ordered had the flavor of the Aosta Valley; the portions are generous, and the price is fair for the quantity and quality offered. The view is breathtaking at night, let alone during the day...

27/02/2026: We came here because a friend recommended it, and I'm really happy with it! The owner picked us up at the Courmayeur Hotel and took us there. For appetizers, we had the apple salad (excellent), the salmon trout (of the day and also very good), the tomini with chives (good), and the fondue rolls (basic, but good). For main courses, we had polenta with rabbit, polenta with mushrooms, and a paillarde, all very good. It's very easy to talk, there's not a lot of noise, and it's suitable for groups of 1 to 10 or more. The setting is beautiful, in the stone, typical of a mountain hut. However, the desserts leave much to be desired. The tiramasu, instead of having mascarpone cream and coffee, had yellow lemon cream and chocolate. The chestnuts with cream tasted like nothing, but the warm raspberries with ice cream were very good. Overall, the restaurant has many strong points, but one weakness: the desserts.

14/03/2026: I was with some friends, a forgettable one, a nice place, a short but pleasant walk. The food was good, but the downside was the bill. The dishonesty. There were 4 of us, he gave us a receipt for 76.50, we asked each of us to pay our own (some cash, some card), he charged us 20 euros each, we pointed it out, he smiled and replied it's 20 euros. Well, that doesn't seem fair. Goodbye
