Bar Ristorante del Residence Les Fleurs

09/02/2026: Five very enjoyable days of skiing. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and modern, with a bar and restaurant (excellent food), run by friendly and always helpful staff. The view of Aosta and the mountains in the valley is stunning, and there's roadside parking 100 meters from the facility. There's a ski locker. The only downside: it's close to the intermediate stop for the cable car (Les Fleurs), but you have to walk about 300 meters, which isn't feasible with ski boots on (so we rented a ski locker at the cable car arrival point, so we didn't have to use the car anymore).
Overall, the facility is excellent, exceeding expectations!

02/06/2026: If you possibly can, have a meal here. In busy seasons you will have to book. We were fortunate to be staying only a 20 minutes walk away. Don't be afraid to ask advice about appropriate wine as this is the best way of trying the local vineyards great produce.
08/04/2026: I really enjoyed dining here because the staff is extremely kind and hospitable, and the dishes are traditional but with a few unique twists (the desserts are out of this world and very unique).
The traditional atmosphere, the excellent food, and the owner's warm welcome will definitely make me return, see you next time!

21/02/2026: Didn’t sleep in the hotel but stayed nearby and came here for dinner. The staff are incredible, the food is exactly what you need after a day on the slopes. They send you the menu in the morning with what’s freshly made that day. A great place to eat if you’re in the area for local food!

07/10/2025: The focus here is primarily on wine, with snacks being an afterthought. The place is busy; Enzo is obviously known in town (they greet each other), and the fact that locals stop by is a sure sign that it's good. And yes: the waiter knows what he's recommending, and the local wine, a Gewürztraminer, was really good. Value for money and friendliness: just right, and you'll enjoy coming here! Top-notch.

01/05/2026: We headed here because of the excellent reviews, but we found the animals were poorly cared for and quite endearing, the risotto was very runny, and the food was overall mediocre. However, the kindness was there, which is always a plus. I'm sorry.
08/04/2026: Dinner for two at this farmhouse in the "eliporto" area of Pollein, near Aosta. Prices are perfectly in line with other restaurants in the area, the food is truly excellent, and the owners are very courteous and helpful. The restaurant is located on the upper floor of the building, right next to the cowshed, surrounded by greenery, with ample parking. The home-made cuisine is very tasty, and the wines are also very good. Approved and recommended!

Quality of taste, from the wood-fired oven, in a rustic and very welcoming environment... Staff and service that makes you feel at home and as a pleasant surprise I saw again an acquaintance from the past who is currently the manager... p.s.: the wholemeal dough is truly an added value

14/03/2026: I was with some friends, a forgettable one, a nice place, a short but pleasant walk. The food was good, but the downside was the bill. The dishonesty. There were 4 of us, he gave us a receipt for 76.50, we asked each of us to pay our own (some cash, some card), he charged us 20 euros each, we pointed it out, he smiled and replied it's 20 euros. Well, that doesn't seem fair. Goodbye

03/06/2026: A positive experience, with very kind and attentive owners. The hotel is located at the beginning of Chapoluc, making it quiet. Parking is reserved and included in the price. The rooms are classic Alpine wood, with a comfortable bed. The TV has Sky, but I honestly don't care about it. (I don't have a Sky subscription at home either.) There is Wi-Fi. The rooms are spotless. Bye.

The breakfast is rich and made with quality products.
