19/04/2026: We opted to be amazed by the Lascia fare a Filippo e Tommaso menu, and we were very satisfied with our choice. Each dish, from the welcome amuse bouche, was a balance of flavors, textures, and contrasts that made for a very interesting and enjoyable experience. A small note on the service, which was at times awkward and slow, certainly not up to par with the quality of the cuisine.

06/04/2026: A superb experience, a very fine balance of flavors in the dishes; each dish was exquisite and meticulously prepared. The sommelier was outstanding, offering excellent advice and a selection of superb wines, including some rare ones.

06/04/2026: We had lunch on Easter Sunday at this restaurant in the heart of the village of Issogne. A location that takes you back in time, with impeccable food quality and prompt, precise, and high-level service. We complimented the chef on the excellent experience. We will definitely be back!

21/12/2025: Stayed as a group for a retreat. Stunning location with a view, especially from the glass-enclosed dining room. Large and comfortable rooms. The food was truly delicious. The desserts and cream show was unforgettable. The service was professional yet very friendly. An experience definitely worth repeating!

09/12/2025: I spent a night at this Alpine relais and rest stop, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, expertly managed with passion. The property is beautifully nestled in the mountain village, tastefully renovated with fine architectural features. There's a relaxation area with a sauna and Turkish bath. The dinner was excellent and varied, featuring traditional dishes. Thank you for the early breakfast on the holiday Monday.

05/11/2025: An unforgettable experience! The modern, cutting-edge structure gives you a sense of safety and durability. Once you reach the top, you'll be enchanted by the beauty of the landscape and the purity of the air you breathe. One note: if you're not used to rapid ascents and descents, you may experience some pressure issues (my ears got blocked during the descent and stayed that way for a whole day 🤣). The fact remains that it's an experience worth trying at least once. :)

18/10/2025: 07/10/2025. An incredible experience. A cutting-edge, technologically advanced system that takes you to the highest peaks in a circular cabin that rotates 360°, allowing all passengers to admire the panorama during the ascent and descent, with some seats also available. When you reach the Pavillon, you can enjoy a variety of activities: visit the botanical garden, the Cave Mont Blanc sparkling wine production laboratory, and the hangar on the history of the cable car's construction, or relax on the lounge chairs and have lunch at the restaurant. When you arrive at Punta Helbronner, enchantment is guaranteed: the view is incredible, the air fresh and rarefied, the panorama breathtaking. You can also reserve and dine at the restaurant with an incredible view.

12/04/2026: Beautiful mountain setting, located very close to the Valtournenche ski slope. We went for dinner and discovered an amazing wine list! The dishes are very carefully prepared and never banal. Kudos to the kindness and extreme expertise of the waiters and owners.

27/03/2026: Always a guarantee. We always enjoy returning to Alpage when we're in Cervinia. The welcoming yet refined atmosphere, the attentive yet unobtrusive service, the variety on the menu, and the quality of the food are all winning features. The high price is in line with Cervinia.

14/03/2026: A fairytale place in a valley just outside the village, a chalet immersed in the snow. The food is excellent, with typical Aosta Valley dishes, a masterfully prepared meat sauce, and much more. I recommend this romantic spot.

08/03/2026: I ordered fondue (the restaurant's signature dish) for two, which wasn't bad in itself, but compared to four years ago, they "forgot" to bring me much of the dipping sauce. For €60, they served us a few thin slices of mocetta and a bowl of bread cubes... for two. When I asked for more, they brought me another bowl of bread, 20 minutes later with the fondue cold. The Bellevue (the owner) is an excellent 5-star hotel. This is my third year coming here, and I don't think the management of this restaurant is still up to par with its standard of service.

27/02/2026: The place is very cute and typical of the area. The food is very good and not expensive, but the cheeses are a bit pricey for the quantity. The polenta is also a bit pricey, but the other dishes are reasonably priced. Overall, however, we found the quality/price ratio to be more fair than the competition.

19/04/2026: Fabulous and refined venue, with meticulous attention to detail in the cuisine, excellent service, and a fabulous welcome. Each dish chosen is a blend of good cuisine and a culinary experience, meticulously prepared down to the last detail, and a super-fair price.

18/04/2026: The restaurant is meticulously maintained, right from the outside. You have to go inside to truly understand it. Even the menu tells a story. The staff is incredibly kind and passionate. If you ask for advice, they'll provide information beyond your expectations. You'll feel welcomed and pampered. The dishes are delicious and the portions are generous. The sheep's blue cheese fondue is truly phenomenal, accompanied not only by crostini but also by cured meats, potatoes, and vegetables. The cream of potatoes, porcini mushrooms, and lard is delicate and flavorful. I didn't have room for anything else, but I had to try the cheese gelato, excellent, paired with a nice passito. The price is very fair considering the portions, quality, location, and attention to detail. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area and want to be pampered. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

11/04/2026: Beautiful chalet village with parking and a small playground for barbecues or children. The cottage's furnishings are gorgeous, warm, and welcoming. The woody scent is wonderful. Excellent location for visiting Aosta and the surrounding area, very close to the highway exit without having to navigate difficult mountain roads.

High-quality toiletries, a huge multifunctional shower... a dream location. 🌟 The service was attentive and friendly, making me feel at home. You couldn't ask for more. The breakfast was sublime, with great willingness to accommodate customer requests. The location is perfect for exploring both Courmayeur and La Thuile. 🏞️ I'll definitely be back! 👍

10/04/2026: A beautiful osteria in the heart of Saint Vincent. The warm and welcoming atmosphere exudes a vibrant atmosphere, and the homemade yet meticulously prepared cuisine satisfies every palate. The cacciatore platter is excellent as an appetizer, and the herb-breaded veal chop stands out among the main courses. The friendly staff makes the experience even more enjoyable. The wine selection is also excellent. My girlfriend and I come here for dinner every time we're in Saint Vincent!

07/04/2026: The place is beautiful and super welcoming, as is the staff. The appetizers are fantastic; we tried the tomini and the egg...and the asparagus risotto is highly recommended. The desserts are superb!!!

20/03/2026: Fantastic atmosphere, warm hospitality, extremely helpful, professional, and friendly staff. They offer a wide range of services, each performed with the utmost care. Their goal becomes theirs, above all else.

06/04/2026: We ate very well today! There were six of us; my husband and I had the platter of homemade cured meats and cheeses, followed by a plate of maltagliati with nettle cream and melted bleu d'Aost cheese (I think that's how it's spelled, I don't remember exactly), and a plate of tagliatelle with venison ragù (unfortunately, I don't have a photo). I assure you, everything was delicious. Then we had the venison fillet with chocolate sauce and red berries on top. Unfortunately, you can see in the photo that I had already cut it into pieces; it was delicious! The village is a medieval one, and the historic center is not accessible by car. Very quaint!

03/04/2026: This restaurant is located in a renovated house dating back to 1695, preserving the original features. Excellent, quality food. We celebrated our birthday with a fantastic cake!
