22/02/2026: I was looking for a restaurant to eat traditional cuisine, but the ones I called were all full. I saw this one, which honestly didn't look very appealing from the outside... but then, when the food arrived, it literally hit me. Everything was really, really good. The cured meats and cheeses were delicious! The pasta lacked a bit of salt, but the food was fresh. Truly top-notch...

17/02/2026: Great place for lunch during a day of skiing. Moderate prices, very friendly staff. Very comfortable place. We'll be back.

28/07/2026: A positive experience if you're looking for refreshments, a warm welcome, and good food at 2,365 meters. Located at a crossroads, near the cable car and Lake Gabiet, it's a pit stop not to be missed. Courteous and hospitable staff. Fair prices. Delicious food. We had a Valdostan steak with potatoes and a slice of carrot cake—everything was delicious, light, and perfectly cooked. Personally, having been frequenting the mountains for almost 20 years and being lovers of tradition, we prefer it to the Orestes at 2,600 meters, which unfortunately is exclusively vegan.

21/06/2026: Be careful because when she tells you she'll bring it to your table she doesn't say there's an additional cost of 1.50. I ordered a rosti (16 euros) and paid 17.50. The nice thing is that when I told her after paying she thought it was normal not to have said it!!

21/04/2026: I found it by chance and stopped for lunch with my wife and two little girls. Beautiful place, excellent service, they even gave us a silicone bib for the little one. The food was delicious, one of the best burgers I've ever had. And my wife was very happy with the ramen :)

06/12/2025: A warm and welcoming restaurant, in classic mountain style, well-maintained yet informal. The young and delightful owners offer excellent quality food, with special mention for the use of so many local products in all dishes. Highly recommended!

13/02/2026: The lady at the counter was kind and friendly. The cappuccino was very good, as was the brioche. The place is very charming, in pure mountain style (wood and stone). Affordable prices.

23/01/2026: I came in intending to have breakfast, but upon my arrival, no one responded to my greeting, despite repeating it twice. For this reason, I decided to just have a coffee and a juice. The review is solely for the service, which I found rude and inattentive to the customer. A shame, because a simple greeting makes all the difference.

13/01/2026: After seeing the excellent reviews, my experience at Gordon Pub was rather disappointing. I paid €18 for a burger menu with a small bun, nothing exceptional. The fries arrived about half an hour after the bun, when I'd already finished my meal: a generous amount, but completely lacking service. They don't know how to make cocktails: the menu descriptions don't make sense, and the drinks are served in unsuitable glasses—narrow and tall, certainly not for cocktails. Paying €8 for something like that is quite perplexing. The beer is average, but it's just beer: it doesn't justify the prices. The atmosphere is nice, but the prices are too high for the quality and service. I'm from Milan, and for much less money, you can get much larger, tastier, and more carefully prepared sandwiches. The quality/price ratio here is not at all convincing. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but as it is, it's not there.

02/06/2026: Yesterday we ordered four ice creams, and the fiordilatte one was broken! I thought it was my daughter's lack of grace... I ordered another one... soft and broken just the same... I mentioned it to the person at the cashier, but I didn't get a response. I paid €14 for all five packaged ice creams. It didn't take much to be welcoming to customers!
