01/01/2026: We landed here accidentally for lunch as all other restaurants in vicinity were closed on Christmas. The ladies at the counter were very considerate and helpful to accommodate us despite the restaurant being full. The food was good and the restaurant offered good vibes plus amazing service.

08/03/2026: Great restaurant! We ate well, received a warm welcome, the pizzas were excellent, and the tiramisu was incredible!! The prices are very reasonable, which is quite rare these days, so it's worth mentioning. Thank you! 🤩 ⚠️ Reservations are highly recommended: there were two of us without a reservation at 12:30 pm, and we got a table inside, but almost all the tables, both inside and outside, were reserved.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, typical of the mountains, with a refined ambiance that immediately makes you feel at ease. The cuisine is authentic and rich in traditional Aosta Valley flavors. The dishes are prepared with quality ingredients, and the authenticity of the local products is evident. Everything was truly delicious, from the traditional specialties to the desserts. The staff was very kind and helpful, always attentive to the guests' needs and ready to recommend the house dishes. The playlist was also excellent 🎶 A perfect place for those who want to discover the true flavors of the Aosta Valley and spend a pleasant evening. I will definitely return and highly recommend it!

20/03/2026: The place look good, as well as the food. But I got a bad experience with the reservation an table management, we went at 8 to book a table, that they book for us at 9, when we arrive they said that the customers of the table were about to finish so we wait 5 min outside, and in this 5 minutes they gave the table to another group and told us that we would need to wait to another table to get free. The basically did not care about our reservation, priority and time. What it is unfortunate because we really wanted to try their food, but we where not going to wait undefinit time because they jump/push out reservation.

29/03/2026: We had a wonderful weekend. Katia is an excellent hostess, kind and helpful in every way. The dinner was very good and the breakfast excellent. The room was rustic and very clean. We'll be back!

07/03/2026: A friend recommended this pizzeria, and I have to say, it was a fantastic surprise. Many quality pizzerias, top service, and a good selection of beers and desserts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The only downside is that it's a little loud, but secondly, it depends on the evening.

05/04/2026: We had pizza. It was Saturday night, and we had to come back later because it was sold out. The place is very nice, and the girl who served us was helpful and kind. The pizza was good, thin and crispy, but I had a bit of a hard time digesting it; it probably needed a longer rising time. But that's a very subjective opinion. I still recommend going, but I recommend making a reservation.

Friendliness welcomes and puts you in a good mood, and cuisine that captivates you at first taste. The Valpellinentze soup truly warms the heart, while the polenta is a genuine pleasure. Beautiful and carefully prepared platters whet your appetite, and the rösti is elegant and beautifully served. Delicious burgers, made with great care, and the gnocchi with Bleu d'Aoste... perhaps the best in the region! And then the wine cellar: incredible, a true temptation, a little paradise for every tasting. Extremely kind staff, smiles at every moment, a heartfelt thank you to everyone! 13/04/2026: This was our first experience of Champoluc and what a little gem it is. The skiing was unbelievable and far exceeded our expectations as did the Hotel Castor. The welcome and friendliness of this family run hotel is just something you do not find in the big name hotels. The room we stayed in was modern and comfortable, the bar was very cosy and the shuttle service was very much appreciated. Nothing seemed to be a problem and we will definitely be back.....
