For years now, this has been a must-stop every time we pass through. We always stop by for breakfast and it's a great experience. The croissants are excellent, and the coffee is excellent.

Excellent restaurant on the roundabout on the main road from Pont St. Martin to Verrès. We had lunch outside on a beautiful sunny day. We chose the tasting menu, which includes a platter of typical local Aosta Valley products: very good. The first course is a delicate and fragrant plate of fresh egg tagliolini with blue cheese and chopped almonds, or the same pasta with venison ragù (very good). The second course is a delicious Aosta Valley pasta dish accompanied by delicious baked potatoes. We drank a draft beer. The young man who served us was professionally trained and very friendly: he recently turned 20. Another highlight of a lovely day. The tasting menu prices are fair (38 euros per person). Well done.

21/03/2026: Excellent experience, with very clear details and organization of the snowmobile pick-up. We opted for the raclette and pierrade option for €50 per person, excluding dessert and drinks (three other menu options were available). Generous and varied portions, everything delicious.

There's no written menu; you eat what's brought to you with a smile, drink good wine, and be transported straight to the local customs. Well done, Angie! Her charming, charming smile will delight your palate 100%. Okay, Michael, between the bar counter and the tables. Super prices!
10/09/2025: It's a great blessing to be able to find such a restaurant—authentic in the best sense of the word. Real people, real hospitality, and real food. A truly simple and rustic ambiance. But Angie's relaxed warmth prepares you for the consistently impeccable quality of all the food and drinks. Every course is a reminder of the qualities that "Mother's kitchen" used to have. Everything is based on regional ingredients, skillfully and unpretentiously prepared on the wood-fired stove. I've visited several Michelin-starred restaurants, but I've never left one as satisfied and completely happy as this cantina. The fact that the price to be paid for such a delightful evening in a Michelin-starred restaurant would barely cover dessert is just a footnote. Thank you for your hospitality, Angie
