07/06/2026: I need to start by saying this place was so amazing that I would give this place 11 stars out of 5 if I could. The place is not too big so I do recommend a reservation, we did not have so we did wait the table a bit more than 30minutes but I completely understand why it was so busy! Everything was so wonderful, the staff was very professional and friendly, and the food?? OH MY GOD!!! I have never in my life eat this good food, I still can't get over of how delicious everything was. I have eat as primo the pasta with wild hog ragu and it melted in the mouth! As secondo I took the duck with potatoes and that was HEAVENLY!! Then the way everything is presented, for example the coffee which came on the table in the old school moka. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I will return, that's for sure!

05/07/2026: The owner recommended excellent wine pairings. We tried three different main courses, and they were all excellent. The atmosphere was intimate and extremely refined. The service was worthy of the venue.

13/07/2026: It's a shame that the rain arrived just before the pizza arrived, preventing us from enjoying the excellent hemp dough pizza in the cool of the terrace. The staff was excellent, quickly restoring the tables inside the restaurant, which was very hot, and it's also a shame that the red wine, although excellent, was served at a temperature too warm for the season. Even the glassette that was brought didn't help... Anyway, the pizza was good, and we'll return on a more pleasant evening.

05/07/2026: After seating us for over 30 minutes, no one attended to us, although they did attend to other tables around us. We left without dinner. Was it because we weren't Italian? Appalling service.

10/09/2025: Definitely a very charming, beautiful hotel, and given its layout, it's 5-star. Not so much for the overall cleanliness, especially the rooms! And since it's a 5-star hotel, you can't afford to pay for the spa or any other extras!!! I'm already paying for a 5-star hotel!

10/07/2026: The Brasserie del Col di Joux is run by extremely friendly and professional staff. They're also happy to offer advice on how to spend your days, whether it's sports or relaxation. It's located in a haven of peace and tranquility, where you can find a bit of coolness and serenity, accompanied by good food and pleasant company. I recommend booking, especially on weekends.

18/07/2026: What more could you ask for? A dream location surrounded by greenery, elegant style, and meticulous attention to detail. Daniele and his staff welcomed us with kindness and helpfulness, providing us with a wealth of attention and excellent menu suggestions. A huge round of applause goes to the young chef, who managed to create dishes that were not only delicious but, above all, crafted with love and passion. Thank you for everything, we'll be back soon.

24/11/2025: Perfect hotel!!! Very nice, comfortable, and warm room. The bathroom was in excellent condition and had a great shower. Special thanks to the patient Omar at the front desk and the two very kind ladies in the breakfast room. We'll be back!
