07/07/2026: excellent raw materials, excellent welcome, good location (unfortunately it is on the only road out of town although not too busy at least in June), excellent cuisine, slightly expensive but in line with local prices

27/06/2026: Great local dishes , tasty and good service. Loved " crespelle ala Valdostana" , "Soca"" and the dessert " semifreddo al Torroncino. The parking is free at 3 min. walk. Very nice wooden sculptures..Enjoyed very much

05/08/2026: We had dinner for two. The service was very fast and the prices were absolutely reasonable, in fact, very reasonable for the area. The food is traditional and the cuisine is excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

08/03/2026: I ordered fondue (the restaurant's signature dish) for two, which wasn't bad in itself, but compared to four years ago, they "forgot" to bring me much of the dipping sauce. For €60, they served us a few thin slices of mocetta and a bowl of bread cubes... for two. When I asked for more, they brought me another bowl of bread, 20 minutes later with the fondue cold. The Bellevue (the owner) is an excellent 5-star hotel. This is my third year coming here, and I don't think the management of this restaurant is still up to par with its standard of service.

27/02/2026: The place is very cute and typical of the area. The food is very good and not expensive, but the cheeses are a bit pricey for the quantity. The polenta is also a bit pricey, but the other dishes are reasonably priced. Overall, however, we found the quality/price ratio to be more fair than the competition.

20/05/2026: Just moved to Bellevue and a friend pointed me to these guys for work I needed done. Their approach beats bigger contractors - way more personal attention and they actually listened to what I wanted 👍 Really excited about discovering spots like this in the neighborhood.

19/05/2026: I had an absolutely incredible stay at Bellevue Hotel & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality and service was genuinely top tier. The staff went far beyond what I expected and made the entire experience feel personal, relaxing, and effortless. The food quality was exceptional throughout the stay. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and perfectly matched the atmosphere of the hotel. The spa experience was equally impressive. The sauna facilities alone were worth the trip, with five different saunas and wellness areas that made it easy to completely unwind after exploring the mountains. What really stood out to me was how attentive and helpful everyone was. I arrived not knowing much about the area, and the team immediately helped me organize activities, provided trail maps, explained where to walk, and even helped guide me toward visiting the Cogne mines. It made exploring the region feel seamless and welcoming. Even though I was only here for two days, I genuinely wish I had stayed longer. This place delivered one of the most relaxing and memorable hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic luxury mountain retreat with incredible service, wellness facilities, and hospitality that truly feels unmatched.

10/06/2026: Oh my word, if you can afford it, don’t even think about it. The food was superb. The service attentive but not overpowering. Just visit.

03/06/2026: We returned two days in a row with our one-year-old. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to everyone's needs (including the kids), the local food was delicious, and there was a wide selection of wines. We'll definitely be back!

06/04/2026: The Easter Monday menu was carefully prepared in terms of both the dishes and the presentation, and as usual, the service and table settings were top-notch. Well done!

11/03/2026: We had dinner here on a Saturday evening and I must say we had a great time. The menu offered a wide selection of traditional dishes and game. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

10/07/2026: Fantastic dinner with local dishes. We loved it so much we ate there twice during our stay in Cogne. If you're celiac like me, know that they're very attentive. They have gluten-free bread and were very kind to bring me a packet of biscuits along with the spread to replace the tegole (tiles). This isn't a given, as many restaurants typically remove them without replacing them.

31/05/2026: Bad, canned food and ridiculous waiting times: 47 minutes for a plate of pasta. NOT RECOMMENDED.
