Here, you'll experience a vibrant authenticity, orchestrated by two young talents who have successfully brought together, with extraordinary harmony, two immense and seemingly distant gastronomic cultures: Piedmont and Japan, but with an unmistakable touch of the mountains. Their signature dish: homemade tajarin, enhanced by the fresh notes of lime and spring onion, with marinated duck fillet and egg wrapped in its own broth—pure enjoyment on the palate, and in fact, my favorite. In the kitchen: you'll find fusion cuisine with a sacred respect for the raw ingredients and geometric, balanced pairings. Solid flavors that leave their mark, with Satoru Ueda at the helm, capable of taking you on a journey through time. In the dining room: Zero snobbery, plenty of substance. The meticulous quality of the dishes is mirrored in the service: attentive, well-prepared, yet with a natural, carefree approach. Thanks to Carmine Aquila for his hospitality and unmistakable style. Two brilliant minds, eager and with a clear vision of the future, committed to study and sacrifice. A restaurant that "modernizes" the rules of the game at the foot of Mont Blanc, where you truly feel at home.

One question: can't you give it 6 stars? A mix of great hospitality and excellent, very tasty dishes. The tempura asparagus deserves a second try!! We'll definitely be back.
