17/05/2025: Wonderful experience. We chose two “together” menus of 6 courses, each one is an experience in itself. Among these, the risotto with tuna, the ravioli and the dessert were astonishing. The possibility of ordering à la carte is very interesting, allowing you to choose what to order without constraints. The restaurant also has an excellent selection of wines in which we were wisely guided by the advice of the waiter. We will definitely be back.

02/05/2025: Visited La Maison de Filippo in Entreves, Courmayeur, and it was a charming experience! This historic restaurant, open since 1965, has a cozy, rustic vibe with vintage decor that feels like stepping back in time. I tried the traditional Valdostan ravioli and polenta—tasty and authentic, though portions were smaller than expected. The staff was friendly but service slowed down when it got busy. Prices are on the higher side, but the Mont Blanc ice cream dessert was a highlight! Perfect for soaking up Aosta Valley’s atmosphere. Recommend for a unique dining experience!

04/05/2025: Excellent food, and there are always excellent off-menu options with local and seasonal ingredients. The owner is always attentive and available to the customer's needs. Never found it more crowded than necessary, making it a welcoming environment where you can spend a good evening at the table in company.

25/05/2025: A trattoria discovered by chance, but we were very satisfied. I would like to point out that we did not book any tables, since as I said before we discovered it by chance, but we were lucky that a table of 4 cancelled shortly before we arrived. We only ate dishes off the menu (deer, sliced ​​veal with porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle with deer ragù) and I can say that everything was very good (the veal was cooked perfectly, the meat melted in your mouth) and in my opinion the portions were nice and generous. So if we are in that area again we will definitely eat there.

11/05/2025: Nice place but too hot, we ate a second course with a very good side dish with generous portions but we had to wait 40 minutes before the order arrived. The waitresses and the owner who were trying to ask about the wait seemed to me to be pretending not to hear. Medium-high quality/price. Parking near the venue at no cost..

18/05/2025: Even though we didn't book, the owner did her best to find us a table as quickly as possible. We tried the platter of Aosta Valley cold cuts, mouth-watering. A very abundant polenta concia with game, with Fontina. The sweetest of the house; very very good apple pie. Menu at 22 euros. Excellent preparation, abundant and delicious food. Next time it would be better to book because there is a terrace at the back.... in grass that gives a fresh feeling! We will definitely return to also try the pizzas, which were spectacular to look at.

07/05/2025: Nulla da dire sulla qualità del cibo, forse l'atmosfera non è proprio caldissima ma il rapporto qualità/location/prezzo non è proprio il massimo. Per 1 piatto a testa + 1 antipasto condiviso + 3 dolci in 5, spendere 40 euro a testa mi parrebbe tantino in centro città ... figuriamoci a Gaby.
