24/01/2026: We ate quite well, but unfortunately we found the portions a bit small. The dessert wasn't particularly special. The wine was excellent.

30/12/2025: A small, very welcoming restaurant with a wooden interior. There aren't many seats, so it's always a good idea to reserve a table. We went here for lunch and it was a great experience. We had a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses (all very good, especially the goat's blue cheese and the lard 🤤), while our friends had a tartare with a bagna cauda sauce, which was amazing. We then had beef ribeye and a Valdostana steak (not breaded). There are also different off-menu options every day. To finish, apple strudel with cinnamon ice cream and a pear bun with mulled wine. Everything was absolutely delicious!!

25/11/2025: An incredible retreat, not only for its location and the beauty of the property, but above all because it feels like a luxury hotel. The room was perfect and warm, and the dinner was 5-star. Congratulations for everything!

02/03/2026: This little trattoria is a gem, away from the tourist bustle, but only a 10-minute walk from Aosta's main square. The menu is small and thoughtful, with perfectly-executed dishes that change seasonally, and a deep and interesting wine list. It's also a great value, with prices that are considerably less than other parts of the town, for better quality. Call for a booking, as the charming but small space fills up quickly.

04/03/2026: Six of us had lunch at this restaurant in Bard, which we discovered by chance. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and the local dishes were impeccably prepared. The waitress and owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming. At the end of the meal, we were offered grappa and a Genepy infusion, a typical local liqueur. We'll definitely be back when we return to the Aosta Valley. Highly recommended.

03/02/2026: A restaurant near the Bard Fort, small but quaint, with very friendly and helpful staff. The menu features typical Aosta Valley dishes, generous portions, quality food, and fair prices. We ate very well. A great find, definitely worth a try if you're in the area. Everything was truly perfect!

23/01/2026: A truly special place: as soon as you walk in, you immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the people treat you with a genuine smile, something rare these days. The food is excellent, authentic, with that homey feel that immediately reminds you of an old-school mountain trattoria. Highly recommended!

01/02/2026: Very welcoming place with fast service and EXCELLENT food. We had tagliolini with wild boar ragù, fillet with green peppercorns, and Valdostana steak...all EXCELLENT. The meat is incredibly high quality and the prices are fair. Highly recommended.

07/02/2026: Nice awesome little place in Tesero. We visited during the 2026 Winter Olympics. The food, and staff was wonderful! They were really busy, but they did an excellent job taking care of everyone.

24/01/2026: We ate dinner there three nights in a row. Both the service and the food were perfect. Very friendly waiters and waitresses, and reasonable prices. It's best to reserve a table, but luckily we were able to get in without one. Also, both the food and drinks arrived very quickly.

26/01/2026: My partner and I recently spent a weekend as a couple on a half-board basis, and we couldn't have hoped for anything better! It's a shame we only spent two nights here; it was hard to leave! The hotel's strong points were definitely the staff (very kind, thoughtful, attentive, and professional) and the attention to detail and cleanliness of both the room and common areas, all in a meticulously maintained Aosta Valley style. The breakfast was excellent and well-stocked, and there were excellent choices for dinner (including a traditional Aosta Valley dinner). The location is also great for those of us who ski and are looking for a quiet place away from the more busy resorts (like Champoluc) that are closer to the ski lifts. Highly recommended!

15/01/2026: just back from 4 nights at the Laghetto. The hotel was great: staff all very helpful, and friendly; excellent food; nice rooms; and perfect location if skiing in the Monterosa area (though ideally you need a car)

29/12/2025: A very beautiful agriturismo, a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are very large. We are a family of four, so the room had a double bed (the mattresses were perhaps a bit too soft, but that's a subjective opinion) and a bunk bed. The bathroom was large and impeccably clean. The food offered on the half-board option was excellent. They also have animals, and the location is strategic (5 minutes from the Pila ski lifts and a little further from Aosta). They also have a small shop where you can buy their products.
