A sumptuous restaurant, offering a succession of small starters and courses, each one refined and delicious. The quality is exceptional, with most ingredients sourced on-site or locally. A vegetarian menu is available and is simply excellent. The prices are more than reasonable, and the service is warm and welcoming. This restaurant is a must-try in the Aosta Valley! We will be back.

The location and the view of the mountains and valley are worth the slow drive to get there. But perhaps that's part of its beauty. I'm celiac, and even though we didn't let them know due to lack of time, they improvised a complete gluten-free menu for me, matching my partner's gluten-free menu. Each dish was carefully crafted, and you could see the passion for the local products, which were showcased and the unusual combinations. The service was attentive but not intrusive. A dinner we'll remember.

Farmhouse at 1,350 meters above sea level with locally sourced produce. Set menu with three appetizers, one first course, one second course, and dessert. Each dish had a story to tell: the local area, tradition, and authenticity. It was delightful to eat outside with a 180° view of the Adret mountains. Knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Recommended!
