A wonderful experience; everything was perfect in this mountain chalet, set in a refined, warm, and welcoming environment. The staff was extremely kind and available for any information. Excellent shuttle service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony. Excellent breakfast and a superb candlelit dinner. The spa and small but functional indoor/outdoor pool were included. The hotel is very close to the Skyway Monte Bianco, and I highly recommend this excursion.

We had a truly luxurious stay. Peace and quiet, comfort, delicious food and drinks, excellent service from all the staff, and truly dreamlike facilities. From the moment you step through the hotel doors, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, welcome, and most importantly, to ensure you have an unforgettable vacation—and that's exactly what happened. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to disconnect and find tranquility in an alpine paradise. You won't regret it. After staying at the Auberge for four nights, I truly have no words to praise this place. Absolutely everything is perfect and meticulously cared for. All (and when I say all, I mean all) of the staff are wonderful. From Sergio (who does everything well, from making an excellent Negroni to a hot chocolate with cream, or lighting the fireplace for us to make us feel more comfortable), to Katia (if I'm not mistaken about her name) at breakfast (how I miss the pear and chocolate tart!), or the woman I think is from Portugal (sorry I can't remember her name, but she was lovely) in the restaurant during dinner... All the staff at reception, in the spa... everything is simply perfect. A magical place that captivates you and that you never want to leave. We went to the restaurant for dinner two nights, and the food was excellent. The service was impeccable. The maître d' clearly knows his craft. The wines he recommended were superb. I have visited this place for their restaurant, but definitely consider it as hotel for my next stay. I can't really explain the impression of this place, there is something magical, like you step in to fairytale/museum. The decorations, the atmosphere is very mystical, the staff is very helpful to help to check and find your way to downstairs where restaurant is. The food was on the par with entourage, elegant and delicious. The highlight for me was variety of local cheeses, potato leek soup and porcini mushrooms risotto as well as sliced beef and homemade tiramisu. Great place, really enjoyed my dinning there.

We came to this hotel for our anniversary in December. If I could give more stars, I wouldn't hesitate: the staff's hospitality is impeccable, the location is captivating, and the service is excellent. Furthermore, the restaurant enjoys a wonderful view. We will definitely be back next year.
