The goodness of all dishes is indisputable but
what makes this experience special is Beppe's welcome, a special and above all genuine welcome!
I can't wait to go back!

17/03/2024: My girlfriend and I were there in January, an enchanting place, a beautiful valley with a magical atmosphere, perfect for a break in the snow. The location of the hotel is excellent, easy to reach and with ample parking. It is located in front of the ski slopes, therefore convenient if you are on a skiing holiday, but if you are looking for more tranquility, perhaps it is better to go in the low season. Excellent food, we tried the fondue and carbonada. Rich buffet in the morning. The friendly staff.
We booked with Smartbox and everything went well.
28/02/2024: It is the second year that we have stayed in this hotel, the sixth year that we have come to this location. Before, we rented a cabin, uncomfortable but very elegant, and to protect ourselves from Covid we felt safer. Since 2023 we have tried this solution: excellent.
Perfect location for skiing, rooms that smell of wood, warm, welcoming, impeccable cleanliness. The staff is very kind, attentive to every need, the spa is very refined. The quality/price ratio is formidable. We feel very pampered and will return every year. We are also curious about coming in the summer. Excellent .

09/12/2023: I 50 minuti a piedi sulla strada innevata li vale tutti! Questo è, forse, il locale che più rispetta le aspettative di chi viene in Val D’Aosta. Tipica costruzione in pietra, tutto legno all’interno, caminetto dal calore “coccolante” e cibi tipicamente… montani. Assolutamente da provare le varie, gustosissime, zuppe, i gnocchi al “blue” di Aosta, lo stinco, la polenta…
Per noi questa volta, ottime lumache in umido, tagliolini di grano “arso” con ragù di anatra e camoscio con marmellata di mirtilli, piatto fantastico, e polenta. Ah, volendo, ci si può arrivare anche in motoslitta.
17/09/2023: Capitati per caso in una giornata uggiosa, siamo stati colpiti dalla gentilezza e spontaneità dei proprietari,che ci hanno trattato come se fossimo vecchi amici.
Ma che dire del cibo, tutto fatto in casa e nello specifico nel forno a legna della frazione.
Ottimo il guanciale di vitella brasato.
I dolci fatti in casa molto buoni.
Menzione speciale x le etichette, sia valdostane che piemontesi.
Torneremo sicuramente.

01/04/2024: The place and the venue are as beautiful as the menu is poor and expensive. I took a soup, sold as typical of the Rhemes Valley, discovered later that it was Venezuelan (doubt arose when he mentioned corn) two small pieces, really two of meat (he was talking about cow ribs?!?!), a small piece of corn, a piece of potato and broth €18!!!
28/02/2024: Good food but we asked for three more polentas instead of the classic polentas provided as a side dish and unfortunately the cost of the latter was not deducted as they were replaced and were not brought. The price was really exaggerated and communication was not easy because no one in the restaurant spoke Italian well. Sin

30/08/2023: Dopo tanto camminare finalmente un bel pranzo meritato!! Inutile dire panorama favoloso. Tanti posti a sedere sia dentro che fuori. Staff abbastanza veloce e gentile. Molto consigliati i ravioli al cervo, ottima porzione è buonissimo gusto. Buona anche la torta di mele, fetta grande e morbida.
25/08/2023: Luogo affollato dato il periodo e la facilita' di accesso.Prezzi da ristorante, servizio e accoglienza da mensa,cibo buono. Se siete soci Cai é uguale . Il personale è scortese e poco attento:alla normale richiesta di rifornire la caraffa d'acqua velocemente svuotata (una sola per cinque persone accaldate..) abbiamo ricevuto un "se avete fretta riempitevela da soli". Chiamati tre volte per avere altro pane ( razioni da 4 fettine di pochi millimetri) .Il tagliere valdostano posato con sgarbo e fretta con le 2 fette di salame che volavano sul tavolo. Massima efficienza alla cassa:carta di credito e corsie di smistamento segnalate consentono una rapido pagamento e fuoriuscita dal luogo .

24/08/2023: Très bien, dans un petit village, femme très simpas et café pas cher ( 1.30€) cappuccino (1.50) et en plus très bon. Croissant au chocolat 1€20 et très bon.
Serveuse/gérante qui fais l'effort de parler français. Je pense que le restaurant n'ait plus ouvert il y a personne.
15/08/2023: Cozy place, excellent food, with staff who passed between the tables repeating the encore at each course. To return every time you go up the valley. I also recommend the pizzas and enjoy your meal.

18/02/2024: Il posto di per sé è carino, il cibo di qualità accettabile e i prezzi neanche troppo alti. Il problema di questo bar/ristorante è la scarsissima affabilità dei proprietari: a parte un'anziana signora, gli altri a tratti sfociano nella maleducazione vera e propria, con tanto di insulti a diversi clienti appena usciti di fronte agli altri avventori ancora seduti ai tavoli. Capisco che il contatto con il pubblico possa non essere la cosa più gratificante del mestiere che fanno, ma a tutto c'è un limite
