We had dinner at Il Balivo restaurant in Champoluc and had a truly wonderful time. The place is truly charming, and the service was impeccable throughout the evening. The food was excellent, and the pasta dishes in particular were exceptional. The only complaint was the roast duck: it tasted good, but the fat was a bit rubbery because it wasn't roasted enough, and it was also served a bit cold. The bill was perfectly in line with average prices in the area. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience.

First time for us. We ate and drank well.
The only downside: the waiter spilled a glass while clearing the table and didn't bring an extra napkin. He brought a bottle of what he spilled... He offered a liqueur.
We'll definitely be back.

A good restaurant, well-prepared dishes, and very friendly and cheerful staff, although perhaps due to the time close to closing, they were a bit inattentive because they were busy with closing procedures. As with all the restaurants in the group, the desserts were slightly below par. Overall, a place to keep in mind in Champoluc.

Very nice restaurant, delicious food, and very kind and knowledgeable staff! We ate there for lunch on Sunday for two without a reservation. I recommend the honey jamon platter and chestnut fritters, gnocchi with blue cheese, and spaghetti alla chitarra with crispy bacon and eggs! Everything was good, the only flaw was that it was a little pricey, but everything was perfect!

The food was okay, but the service was subpar.
The tables were very close together; we had people 40 cm to the right and 40 cm to the left.
For more privacy, we asked if we could move, but they refused outright, without even checking to see if there were any tables with reservations later in the evening.
In fact, when we left, the table we'd requested was still free... in short, poor customer service.

Beautiful restaurant. We had lunch for three and it wasn't expensive. The kitchen is open to the public, and the staff is friendly and professional. We'll be back.
