03/06/2026: We're delighted to return to this restaurant, which has become a regular stop for us when we visit the Aosta Valley. Everything is excellent, the staff is extremely friendly, and dining on the veranda makes everything even more special. Special mention for the tartare and gnocchi. For first-time visitors, I recommend the tasting menu!

09/08/2026: The restaurant is small and therefore meticulously maintained, offering a welcoming and customer-friendly atmosphere, with pleasant background music. The food is superb, and the owners are professional, extremely friendly, and extremely helpful. Husband in the kitchen and wife in the dining room—a winning combination! The food was superb, from the "simple" platter (superlative quality), to the homemade gnocchi (the owner personally oversees them) with Blue d'Aosta cream, which were a delight for the palate, to the dessert (the apple crumble with cinnamon and lemon was amazing, with all the flavors "in the right place"!!!). The Traminer Valdostano was excellent, and I was blown away by how good it was! To finish... the coffee was also delicious, often the Achilles heel of careless restaurateurs!!! Not to mention the service, which I would describe as impeccable! The owner welcomes guests with a welcoming, almost pampering attitude, without ever becoming cloying or pretentious. She describes each dish with heart. A top-notch experience, which more than made up for the bitter disappointment we'd had the night before at another restaurant!

30/07/2026: We spent a few days vacationing in this surreal place. It feels like a fairytale home. Beautiful. Meticulously maintained and very quiet. Our room was entirely made of wood, even the bathroom. The bathroom was tiny, but it was fully equipped. The restaurant offers a beautiful view and the food is simply delicious. The spa is superb. The location is isolated and the road leading there is very winding.

05/11/2025: An unforgettable experience! The modern, cutting-edge structure gives you a sense of safety and durability. Once you reach the top, you'll be enchanted by the beauty of the landscape and the purity of the air you breathe. One note: if you're not used to rapid ascents and descents, you may experience some pressure issues (my ears got blocked during the descent and stayed that way for a whole day 🤣). The fact remains that it's an experience worth trying at least once. :)

18/10/2025: 07/10/2025. An incredible experience. A cutting-edge, technologically advanced system that takes you to the highest peaks in a circular cabin that rotates 360°, allowing all passengers to admire the panorama during the ascent and descent, with some seats also available. When you reach the Pavillon, you can enjoy a variety of activities: visit the botanical garden, the Cave Mont Blanc sparkling wine production laboratory, and the hangar on the history of the cable car's construction, or relax on the lounge chairs and have lunch at the restaurant. When you arrive at Punta Helbronner, enchantment is guaranteed: the view is incredible, the air fresh and rarefied, the panorama breathtaking. You can also reserve and dine at the restaurant with an incredible view.

09/08/2026: This is a lovely spot, whether for a drink in the summer after a hike while relaxing on the deck chairs, or for dinner (or lunch!). The staff is incredibly friendly, and I personally discovered gnocchi: the ones made at L’Alpage are divine! A truly excellent place not to be missed, especially since their wine list is also extensive and of high quality!

15/07/2026: Wonderful place! Excellent welcome, very attentive instructors explaining how to handle the raft, well-maintained equipment, and they know how to entertain even the little ones! There's a great relaxation area where you can unwind after a nice ride on the river. We'll definitely be back! Special thanks to Cesare and Pietro, our instructors, who kept my son entertained and had him laughing out loud! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

14/07/2026: I was here with my two sons, aged 13 and 16. You have to be 16+ for the real route, so we opted for the family run. This was also great fun. The base at Rafting Republic is very atmospheric, and you can practice well on the small lake. The guides are helpful and really cool. If you don't have much rafting experience, this is a lot of fun to do. It was the first time for my boys, and they were very enthusiastic.

The sensations and emotions your dishes unleash in our senses have only grown, and we can only be grateful for the pleasant moments we've spent with you. Could it be the arrival of the new little sous chef who has further refined the cuisine?

09/08/2026: A real surprise for the area! Impeccable customer service, textbook, from the first to the last minute. The cuisine offers exceptional flavor combinations that make lunch a truly delicious experience. Two dishes deserve special mention: venison roast beef with mustard vinaigrette, blueberry sauce, and parmesan shavings, and bruschetta with sourdough starter, rustic flour, colorful cherry tomatoes, stracciatella, candied lemon, and Cantabrian anchovies; a MEMORABIE flavor. It truly stirred something in my memory. The moka tiramisu was spectacular, steaming hot! The attention to detail and customer service demonstrated by the staff are a rare asset these days. Finally, a restaurant where you can experience the true art of hospitality: a dining room team that demonstrates what it means to do this job with heart and professionalism. A restaurant definitely recommended.

19/04/2026: Fabulous and refined venue, with meticulous attention to detail in the cuisine, excellent service, and a fabulous welcome. Each dish chosen is a blend of good cuisine and a culinary experience, meticulously prepared down to the last detail, and a super-fair price.

18/04/2026: The restaurant is meticulously maintained, right from the outside. You have to go inside to truly understand it. Even the menu tells a story. The staff is incredibly kind and passionate. If you ask for advice, they'll provide information beyond your expectations. You'll feel welcomed and pampered. The dishes are delicious and the portions are generous. The sheep's blue cheese fondue is truly phenomenal, accompanied not only by crostini but also by cured meats, potatoes, and vegetables. The cream of potatoes, porcini mushrooms, and lard is delicate and flavorful. I didn't have room for anything else, but I had to try the cheese gelato, excellent, paired with a nice passito. The price is very fair considering the portions, quality, location, and attention to detail. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area and want to be pampered. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

07/06/2026: I need to start by saying this place was so amazing that I would give this place 11 stars out of 5 if I could. The place is not too big so I do recommend a reservation, we did not have so we did wait the table a bit more than 30minutes but I completely understand why it was so busy! Everything was so wonderful, the staff was very professional and friendly, and the food?? OH MY GOD!!! I have never in my life eat this good food, I still can't get over of how delicious everything was. I have eat as primo the pasta with wild hog ragu and it melted in the mouth! As secondo I took the duck with potatoes and that was HEAVENLY!! Then the way everything is presented, for example the coffee which came on the table in the old school moka. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I will return, that's for sure!

02/07/2026: Returning from the Tour of Mont Blanc, before heading back to Rome, my friend Giovanni and I spent a wonderful evening in this little corner of Aosta Valley paradise, pampered by the friendliness and splendid hospitality of the owner Gianluca. Everything at La Vachérie is superb, always simple and tasteful, from the magical atmosphere of the interiors to the attention to detail at the table, to the delicious cuisine and wines. A triumph of exceptional flavors from start to finish, from the platter of Aosta Valley cured meats and cheeses to the fresh tagliolini with venison ragù, from the polenta concia made with Morgex "Pavese" flour to the carbonada and sausages, finishing with a fantastic double platter of artisanal desserts from the Valdigne. A huge shout out to my friend Gianluca, a charming storyteller, always generous and attentive to his guests, and long live La Vachérie, as we look forward to returning as soon as possible.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed (ours even had a sauna), and the bedding is of exceptional quality. The restaurant is also outstanding, with refined cuisine prepared using local produce and ingredients from their own garden. The breakfast was incredible… In short, a gem! 16/05/2026: Intrigued by the exterior, I booked this restaurant in the center of Morgex for a romantic dinner. Excellent choice. A very welcoming and quaint place, with just a few well-spaced tables. The menu was excellent, balanced, delicate, and plentiful. The service was attentive, attentive but not intrusive. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back for another special occasion.
