05/05/2025: David aus dem 10. Bezirk 😉 hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Top Service. Wir haben Kaffee, Eis, Wein … und fingerfood bei top Wetter sehr genossen. Sehr empfehlenswerte Bar.

03/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo locale perché attirati dalla musica, dalla vista magnifica sul lago e dalla tanta gente seduta. Abbiamo ordinato due spritz (il bicchiere era pieno meno della metà ) e dei panini. I prezzi, a mio parere, leggermente alti ed il servizio veramente pessimo: il tavolo non era stato pulito subito nonostante si fosse liberato e il cameriere non ci ha dato il tempo di finire di mangiare, togliendoci piatto e tovaglioli. Il locale ha del potenziale ma il servizio va migliorato.

It's 2025, if you still want to have customers you should update yourself 🤣 now animals are to all intents and purposes members of the family and if you don't agree with this I'm happy to never come back to you again and to advise against this place to everyone. Never see each other again 🐶🐱🐶🐕🦮🐕‍🦺🐩 P.s. (I hope you never need a guide dog or a rescue dog one day, that's an animal too....at least be consistent with yourself)

06/04/2025: It's a shame, it was by far the worst hotel I've ever had. If the travel agency (THV) had announced the name of the hotel beforehand, I would have canceled again. The best thing would be for this Hotilier to accommodate refugees. Local tax charged twice and without an invoice, TV broken, bathroom miserable (mold growth), rooms were full of bunk beds (it was previously asylum accommodation). Hotel manager (if he was one), unfriendly, aggressive and unkempt. Well and now to the food, a one-star hotel offers better and more appetizing food, breakfast only one pastry to choose from (what if a guest suffers from gluten intolerance), plates and food cold in the evening, fly in the ointment, portions more for children, carelessly prepared and served, drinks of poor quality and too expensive. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel, you feel more comfortable on a campsite (I'm probably already broke and your days are numbered), I'm used to something different from Italy. Friendliness doesn't cost anything, so stay away from this hotel. Kind regards to the staff, have mercy.

08/04/2025: Un rifugio che unisce alla perfezione la genuinità della cucina di montagna con una vista mozzafiato. Il menù offre un’ampia scelta di piatti, tutti preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, nel pieno rispetto della tradizione locale. Ogni portata racconta il territorio con sapori autentici e ben bilanciati, perfetti da gustare dopo una camminata o semplicemente per godersi un pranzo immersi nella natura. Il pranzo con vista sulle montagne rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Un luogo accogliente, dove si torna volentieri.

07/04/2025: Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo pranzato al rifugio Viviani e ne siamo rimasti veramente entusiasti. Cibo ottimo, panorama mozzafiato e ragazzi super disponibili. Bellissima esperienza ci torneremo.

25/05/2025: Everything must be framed in the price of the rooms and in the single star of the hotel. It is a structure managed by friendly and kind people. The cleanliness of the rooms is correct. The breakfast is abundant and the quality is slightly above what you expect, always considering the price. The rooms are very high mountain and not very well cared for, but nothing is missing and they are clean with the possibility of double pillows and blankets. The bathroom like the room underwent the last renovation about 40 years ago, but everything works. If you are looking for a cheap place, I think it is the unbeatable solution. Recommended!

11/06/2025: Coffee, in short, very hot cappuccino, tables and chairs not cleaned... we entered 'not even on a good day' and were busy putting away dishes and cigarettes... we got up and went to order.

31/03/2025: I stopped for a coffee and a brioche, it was 10.30 unfortunately there weren't many brioches, I had one with cream and jam, it wasn't bad even if it would have been better with a bit more filling, the coffee wasn't bad, the service was very quick even if there weren't many people

25/04/2025: Sono stata in questo posto con la mia famiglia. Tutto é iniziato abbastanza bene, cameriere davvero cortese e locale accogliente. La carta del menù era abbastanza unta e sporca, ma non ci abbiamo fatto molto caso, convinti che tutto fosse normale. Abbiamo ordinato degli hamburger (che onestamente erano buoni), quando però mia mamma ha assaggiato la maionese ha detto che il gusto era abbastanza arancido. Abbiamo iniziato a capire che in fondo questo ristorante aveva un’igene veramente scarsa. La parte peggiore é arrivata alla fine, quando mia madre ha deciso di ordinare un caffé. Appena ha preso in mano la tazzina per berlo, ha notato un enorme moscone al suo interno. Do a questo posto 2 stelle perché é troppo sporco e non si può davvero mangiare in un lerciume simile

03/02/2025: Rude bartender and doesn't know how to pour. If you miss Santa's belly I recommend it, otherwise drink a glass of water which may relax you since there is little relaxation here. Empty bar full of unsavory people inciting violence. If you want to drink a coffee I recommend a mocha at home. Bar useful only if you can't find the best ones.

24/10/2024: one star and a lot, yesterday I bought a piece of strudel, specifically asking that it be fresh. Arrived home after a few hours, opened the vacuum sealed package, surprise...... never eaten such a terrible and old strudel. Now I keep it and when I return to Cles I'll have the person who sold it to me taste it FRESH.

07/10/2024: Booked, request accepted. When we arrived, we were turned away by the hotel because it was closed (we had already paid). When I requested a refund, I was threatened with legal action for a false negative review that wasn't mine. Worst hotel experience to date Luckily, Booking.de has everything sorted out, but I'm still stuck with the costs (I had to call the booking service in England).

14/03/2025: Ho preso un too good to go a in questo locale ma forse non hanno capito che il servizio serve a dare via il cibo buono avanzato, non a dare spazzatura ai clienti per farla buttare a loro. Inoltre il personale è scortese, non tornerò più, sconsiglio vivamente.

14/03/2025: Posto orribile! La pizza è vecchia, dura e immangiabile, sembra cartone bagnato. Il locale puzza di fogna e il personale è arrogante e scortese. Evitatelo come la peste!

22/05/2025: I ask for a very hot macchiato. The information is lost from the cashier who makes me pay to the one who makes me the coffee: I get one that to call “lukewarm” is a euphemism and a lie, given that it is at room temperature. I don’t have time to ask to remake it because I would miss the train. But I wonder how it is possible that one can even think that a coffee that is not hot can be served: I am not the one who has to ask for hot coffee; it is the coffee that must arrive very hot automatically, because if a coffee is not hot, it does not exist. If someone wants lukewarm / room temperature / cold coffee, he/she should be the one to specify it.

11/05/2025: There was a dead spider on the sandwich, unfortunately I noticed it after a few bites, who knows how long that sandwich had been there. Never again.

04/01/2025: Pizza scadente sembra precotta, servizio un po’ arrangiato, locale freddo con riscaldamento al minimo. Rispetto alla precedente gestione, questa non ha la stessa qualità

04/09/2024: Abbiamo fatto tappa qui mentre siamo passati per le vacanze, ci siamo trovati benissimo, cibo buono, tempi rapidi e persone molto cordiali.
