11/07/2025: Piatti di discreta qualità, senza infamia e senza lode ma a rovinare l'esperienza complessiva è stato il servizio: mentre il cameriere è stato cordiale e disponibile, la cameriera è apparsa un po’ scontrosa e poco attenta alle esigenze dei clienti.

25/06/2025: Per una breve vacanza di coppia ho scelto questo posto per il pranzo. Ottimo antipasto misto. Di primo canederli veramente buoni e abbondanti. Ma la scelta super è stata nel dolce: una sacher strepitosa (la migliore che abbia mai mangiato). Prezzo contenuto per quanto offerto. Davvero un'esperienza da ripetere in un'altra vacanza.

16/06/2025: Beautiful Malga just above Pozza di Fassa. In the middle of the mountains, you can enjoy incredible peace. Typical dishes of the Trentino tradition well prepared. Be careful because the last kilometer and a half can only be climbed on foot. However, if you call the Malga, the owner offers a shuttle service.

26/08/2025: Unfortunately, I have to agree with many of the negative comments here. We booked for 2 nights in May 2025. We were here a few years ago and actually had pretty good memories. Unfortunately, the hotel couldn't live up to the good impression we had back then. Everything looks very worn and in need of renovation, definitely not up to 4-star standards... The cleanliness throughout the hotel isn't really up to scratch. The rooms are a bit musty. Our highlight were the cockroaches at the breakfast buffet, which briefly made us consider leaving the hotel immediately and looking for another one. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

18/08/2025: We stayed the week of August 15th. We may be unlucky, but the elevator was broken 6 out of 7 days of our stay. Unfortunately, it was intolerable, even though the owner gave us a small discount at the end of our stay. Keep in mind that there were 3 floors above ground and 2 for bike and car storage. When we first complained to a manager named Cristina, she dared, believing she wasn't being listened to, to make fun of us and a friend of hers. I advise the owner to consider removing her from her position, especially since her fault is detrimental to all the other staff, who have been exceptional.

A cold plate of tasteless barley, two pieces of bread thrown on the plate together with two slices of salted meat... In a place like this you expect much more. A proposal like this can also be found in a supermarket, not in a place that claims to offer a culinary experience. It's not a question of quantity, but of quality and care. Tragicomic dinner🤣🤣🤣🤣 "A light evening! 😄" We were at the Azienda Agricola Filanda de Boron in Tione di Trento. Table booked, we were a good group: so far everything was perfect. Upon arrival, the very kind Nicola accompanied us to the table and immediately brought us water. Excellent start, hydration first of all! 💧 Then comes the evening's menu, told by word of mouth, with an almost experimental theater tone. And here begins the culinary adventure... Aperitif: a small piece of bread (the size of a 2 euro coin, but maybe a 1 if you look at it from the side) with a few drops of Sicilian oil. It's not clear to us whether it was a greeting at the entrance or a test of attention. 🤔 First course: orzotto with cherry tomatoes, accompanied by a glass of white wine (more glass than wine, but whatever). The flavor? Light. Like the entire portion. 🥄 Second course: two thin transparent slices (like a postage stamp, but more delicate) of carne salada artistically placed on two pieces of bread and three small pieces of giardiniera placed there with earring tweezers, presumably. Another glass of wine followed, always sober like the portions. 🍷 Dessert: four small pieces of sbrisolona with a drop (one!) of marsala. Perhaps the most intense moment of the dinner, or perhaps we were hungry and every crumb seemed like a miracle. 🍪 Price: 35 euros per person. Fixed menu. And also the smile, that was included and necessary to deal with the digestion... of the air. Conclusion: nice atmosphere, suggestive place, kind staff. But here, if you go with the idea of ​​"eating", we recommend a preventive snack or a sandwich in the dashboard for the return. Otherwise, excellent for those who want to feel gastronomically minimalist. 😅

09/06/2025: Sono stato in questo agriturismo per una cena con amici. Lodevole l’intenzione del gestore che ci parla dei chilometri zero dei prodotti naturali e dell’origine di tutti i cibi. Purtroppo, nei fatti la cena risulta davvero la più scadente della mia vita neppure degna di una tavola fredda: Lontre è del pane industriale, leggermente sporcato con dell’olio; la prima portata è un orzo otto freddo con dei pomodorini neppure molto buoni (la grande distribuzione ne vende di molto migliori su sugli scaffali); il secondo è la carne salata praticamente scondita appoggiata su un paio di fettine di pane sempre industriale Assolutamente tutto insapore; il dolce è una sbriciola con qualche goccia di Marsala in un bicchierino forse l’unica cosa che si è salvata della serata. 35 € per una cena in decorosa, tutto tutte pietanze fredde, senza cura, senza sapori. Davvero imbarazzante. Mi domando se le altissime recensioni Siano state fatte da parenti o da avere i commensali. La mia recensione ha veramente solo lo scopo di evitare delle brutte delusioni a chi prenoterà in futuro. Peccato perché la location è molto carina.

10/06/2025: Sunday afternoon, where do you go for a hot drink after going to the theater when everywhere is full? We ended up here, like other families… super nice waiter, nothing to say. Nice environment in itself, but with terrible acoustics. The bar bill was a blow to the heart: €6.50 for a slice of Sacher, €5 for a hot chocolate, €4 for a hot tea… I'm sorry, but you can also pluck the chickens at the markets like this, but a family from Trentino will definitely not come back here again. Too bad. UPDATE: the Fiorentina bar as such no longer exists, it has been converted into a place that, from the outside, seems inviting. I haven't had the chance to try it yet, so I won't express any opinions!

06/02/2025: I'm sorry to give a terrible rating, essentially for two reasons: the first is the owner complains about the people who gravitate around the square but it's the first that he still gives alcohol to a clearly cheerful person, while this "picturesque" character bothers the customers. The second is that the prices displayed on the blackboard behind the counter magically rise when the bill comes.... Too bad

11/04/2025: 5 of us arrived at 3pm.. empty bar. Politely asked if it was possible to eat 5 salads or 5 mozzarella or anything he could offer... answer no! Because I'm alone and if someone arrives like I do with the counter... we replied.. okay but now it's empty if someone arrives we wait no problem... answer no just lunch or dinner.... ok!! we left the bar remained empty. The guy is definitely not the owner.

17/08/2025: The owner is rude and dismissive. She constantly complains, refuses to charge with a credit card (when it's mandatory), and if you ask for it, she gets upset and rude! Highly discouraged.

17/08/2025: We found this place while passing through because we were staying nearby. Drawn by the photos of the dishes on the website, my partner and I decided to have lunch there on the 15th of August. If we could give it a 0, it would still be a compliment. One of those places you'd never want to find, in Italy or anywhere else. Poor quality food and subpar staff. Dirty place, ants everywhere. Unpresentable owner. I'm so sorry to have to write this, but unfortunately it's the truth. The pasta was precooked and full of oil... unpleasant to say the least. We got up and left. Absolutely avoid.

02/04/2025: Il posto è molto bello. Ero stato varie volte anche lo scorso anno con sufficiente soddisfazione e ho provato a ritornare anche questa stagione ma per due volte la stessa storia: Anche con prenotazione e arrivati puntualissimi come da loro richiesta il tavolo non si trovava e una volta hanno dovuto aggiungere una panca e l’altra metterci in un tavolo condiviso. Camerieri che girano avanti e indietro senza capire cosa faccia uno e cosa faccia l’altro . Comanda persa e dopo un’ora di attesa solo sollecitando la terza volta se ne sono resi conto . Gente che gira ovunque senza capire dove vada che si ruba le sdraio a vicenda lanciando i vestiti per terra . La qualità del cibo non è male ma i prezzi sono altissimi così come per i vini.

15/03/2025: Siamo tornati in questo locale a distanza di un anno. La vista sulle montagne e la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto sono un plus. Cibo buono, servizio veloce, prezzi sempre alti. Consiglio al cameriere di non rivolgersi ai clienti con caro/,cara. Alla seconda diventa fastidioso.

22/06/2025: I order a MEDIUM beer and they deliver me a 0.3cc glass! To my disappointment I ask if for them it is a Medium beer and they answer Yes! I do not want to question.... According to the standards the Medium beer is 500ml, tolerated 400ml!!! Final price 6.5€ for 300ml..... a real theft with cheek included!
