08/04/2025: Un rifugio che unisce alla perfezione la genuinità della cucina di montagna con una vista mozzafiato. Il menù offre un’ampia scelta di piatti, tutti preparati con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, nel pieno rispetto della tradizione locale. Ogni portata racconta il territorio con sapori autentici e ben bilanciati, perfetti da gustare dopo una camminata o semplicemente per godersi un pranzo immersi nella natura. Il pranzo con vista sulle montagne rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Un luogo accogliente, dove si torna volentieri.

07/04/2025: Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo pranzato al rifugio Viviani e ne siamo rimasti veramente entusiasti. Cibo ottimo, panorama mozzafiato e ragazzi super disponibili. Bellissima esperienza ci torneremo.

15/08/2025: Simply expensive. A cup of gelato was €6, frozen yogurt was €6 without toppings, and with toppings €8. Definitely and excessively expensive for a table in a condominium parking lot. The gelato was unmemorable, by average standards. The wait staff was inexperienced, and the spritz flew to the floor. Let's just say, since we had several children at the table, I would have appreciated it if they had told us that if we'd picked it up for takeout for the kids, it would have cost half the price, even if we had to bring it back to the table with the parents, who would still have to pay table service.

10/08/2025: We chose this bar as our first stop upon arriving in Andalo, drawn by its central location and outdoor seating. The interior is traditional with wooden furnishings, and the outside tables and chairs are plastic. The desserts are really big and delicious—compliments! On the other hand, the cappuccino was small. The prices are high; breakfast for two costs about €10. (See photo) The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming! Let's start our vacation off to a good start! 05/06/2025: La carne è discreta, ma il servizio è troppo lungo ed approssimativo: patate ordinate come contorno che ci sono state portate prima dell'antipasto. D: "che contorno è incluso con la tagliata? R:"dipende, può essere del cavolo cappuccio, una pannocchia arrostita o dell'insalata" . Francamente è la prima volta che mi viene risposto così.... Sul consiglio della birra si sono mostrati più attenti. Non ho poi trovato nella carne quell'eccellenza che mi aspettavo leggendo le recensioni, il locale è sicuramente molto turistico. Non penso che ci tornerò.

28/05/2025: Scegliamo di venire qui ogni anno perché il locale è curato con prodotti di grande qualità. Personale ben disposto nei confronti del cliente, nello specifico il nuovo cameriere molto giovane, che ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza ed educazione.

01/06/2025: I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE THAT MALGA SUSINE IS CURRENTLY CLOSED We wanted to go today to spend a few hours of tranquility with the children because we remembered it as a great place for families, but we were sad to find the place completely closed and abandoned! Luckily we were able to fall back on alto, but it's very unfortunate. At least it could have been reported here on Google. Like us, other cars also stopped believing they would find the structure open because the signs along the road are still there and indicate open.

22/07/2025: Courtesy reigns supreme. My dad and I stopped in after a visit for a quick bite. We were pleasantly surprised by the truly reasonably priced lunch. Chicken and vegetables for me, a huge slab of lasagna. Fortunately, the dishes here aren't for the taste buds. Huge portions. Fresh bread.

23/08/2025: My family and I stopped at this ice cream shop, sat down at the table, and ordered ice cream sundaes from the menu. After carefully reading the ingredients for each sundae, we ordered. My wife and daughter ordered the same sundae. As soon as they started tasting, my daughter said she could taste hazelnut with chopped hazelnuts on top, not cream (the only flavor of ice cream) with white chocolate chips, as was written on the menu. I called the girl to let her know there was this mistake, and instead of saying, "Sorry, you're right," she started saying that for them, the cream flavor was their choice, since they thought cream had multiple flavors. But what if my wife or daughter had been allergic to hazelnuts? If a ice cream shop writes a menu with all the ingredients listed, in my opinion, you should state that the cream flavor isn't the only flavor you can find in the sundae; it's the ice cream maker's choice. Even though their initial excuse was that they were out of white chocolate, another girl jumped in and said it wasn't the case, contradicting her colleague... everything made it seem like they were just making excuses. This made me really angry. Plus, as we were passing the main entrance, we heard a lady (who introduced herself as the mother of one of the shop assistants) say I was the one who made the mistake... I only meant to be a constructive comment, not a reprimand, but if you guys try to find any kind of excuse, then I get angry because I feel like I'm being mocked!!!

17/08/2025: Renovated and renamed. It's no longer Impero but... Non-existent service. I recommend changing careers!

11/06/2025: I've rarely eaten so badly. Even if it was just a lunchtime snack. We couldn't finish the pizza, the fries, or the burger. I'm really annoyed that I spent money there.

30/04/2025: A total disappointment, saved only by the view Really bad experience. The waiter was rude and unprofessional, he almost seemed annoyed by our presence. The food was disappointing: tasteless dishes, measly portions and prices absolutely disproportionate to the quality offered. The place is old, neglected and decidedly not very clean. The only positive note is the view, truly suggestive, but unfortunately it is not enough to justify such a disappointing lunch. I don't recommend it.

17/06/2025: Unfortunately, I have to note that for some time now they have been putting very little filling in the brioche. The dough is good but the inside is almost empty. That said, the staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming.

18/08/2025: To not rate this 5star you're a fool. Excellent pasta and pizza. Great vegetarian option also. Superb value for money.

16/08/2025: Appetizer: Salted meat, 3 slices, €13, which is too much. I finished it in 1 minute. Elsewhere, you spend the same and eat more. We waited a long time, especially due to the organization of the restaurant/kitchen. The octopus salad, €19, was a bit too much, but it was good. To be honest, if they were to ask me if I had a good time with three of us, the answer would be no.

10/08/2025: The products are excellent, but it's a bit pricey. The bread, which isn't made by them and is always in short supply because it's already sold out by 12, is the least good thing.

21/07/2025: Good products, but quite expensive. Extremely slow customer service, but that's typical of these areas.

22/05/2025: I ask for a very hot macchiato. The information is lost from the cashier who makes me pay to the one who makes me the coffee: I get one that to call “lukewarm” is a euphemism and a lie, given that it is at room temperature. I don’t have time to ask to remake it because I would miss the train. But I wonder how it is possible that one can even think that a coffee that is not hot can be served: I am not the one who has to ask for hot coffee; it is the coffee that must arrive very hot automatically, because if a coffee is not hot, it does not exist. If someone wants lukewarm / room temperature / cold coffee, he/she should be the one to specify it.

11/05/2025: There was a dead spider on the sandwich, unfortunately I noticed it after a few bites, who knows how long that sandwich had been there. Never again.

11/06/2025: I ordered 2 times at this place with to good to go, the first time they gave me a large amount of food but old, hard and inedible, the second time a few days ago, when I arrived at the place, despite my reservation it was closed. Very dirty environment I do not recommend and I will definitely not go back

14/03/2025: Ho preso un too good to go a in questo locale ma forse non hanno capito che il servizio serve a dare via il cibo buono avanzato, non a dare spazzatura ai clienti per farla buttare a loro. Inoltre il personale è scortese, non tornerò più, sconsiglio vivamente.
