28/12/2024: I had dinner here two nights in a row. I enjoyed the gnocchi with beef ragout and the soy spaghetti with chicken and vegetables. The quality/price ratio is good, the environment clean and without frills. Note of merit for the staff, kind and attentive.

22/11/2024: Place located in a beautiful high position overlooking the valley. Austere but welcoming environment, without pretensions. It's a shame that the cuisine isn't up to par, nothing inedible for goodness sake, but carbonara with cream is definitely not acceptable. Not recommended.

10/06/2025: Sunday afternoon, where do you go for a hot drink after going to the theater when everywhere is full? We ended up here, like other families… super nice waiter, nothing to say. Nice environment in itself, but with terrible acoustics. The bar bill was a blow to the heart: €6.50 for a slice of Sacher, €5 for a hot chocolate, €4 for a hot tea… I'm sorry, but you can also pluck the chickens at the markets like this, but a family from Trentino will definitely not come back here again. Too bad. UPDATE: the Fiorentina bar as such no longer exists, it has been converted into a place that, from the outside, seems inviting. I haven't had the chance to try it yet, so I won't express any opinions!

20/04/2025: My experience begins and ends immediately, disappointed by the rude staff, there isn't much choice and ultra expensive, a coke, almost €5, the only saving grace is the view, I'm sorry but I won't come again

20/04/2025: Really disappointed, the prices are exaggerated, a sandwich with cheese and ham costs €8, the services are quite decent, very little choice, they do few things and I'm sorry but they don't do anything for the children, not even a pasta! I will never be disappointed again!!!

18/05/2025: She showed up after 30 minutes to tell us that they couldn't make the juices and to change the order, terrible service!!! We didn't expect it!!!! Disappointed🥲

02/04/2025: It should be 4.6 at least! A lovely find on the high street. Quality made to order sandwiches, beautiful bread, freshly made biscuits, coffee and lovely people serving you! You cannot see in from the high street, but you have to go! Quality produce, we went three times in the week and tried different things each time! The strudel is delicious! And we r fussy!

23/01/2025: We stopped for a quick breakfast, we were welcomed and served with a lot of kindness which doesn't always happen today, really large croissants and a good breakfast cafe 😋

14/03/2025: baita posta in luogo eccellente per esposizione e vista...ho consumato velocemente una birretta e caffé..simpatica e carina la ragazza al banco ..un giorno sono stato fuori al sole con vista sulla belle Montagne...il giorno dopo dentro al calduccio in veranda..prezzi nella media dei rifugi al di sotto parecchio del rifugio Col Margherita..con prezzi altissimi

03/02/2025: Sono almeno 20 anni che vengo in questi luoghi meravigliosi e dove ho sempre mangiato molto bene . Dall'anno scorso è cambiata gestione e sinceramente sono rimasto molto deluso. Cibi freddi precotti e congelati con un sapore indescrivibile, e dall'aspetto inquietante. Non riesco nemmeno ad immaginare chi ci sia incucina a preparare le pietanze. Non credo tornerò mai più e spero che ritornino alla qualità di un tempo anche nel loro interesse.

29/04/2025: da 30 anni frequentiamo val Rendela e decine di volte siamo stati ospiti del Ristorante, il passato oltre alla qualtità del cibo anche il servizio era impeccabile, ultimamente è cambiato molto, credo che sono aumentati molto il numero coperti ma non altrettanto la qualità, escluso i salumi che erano buoni il resto deludente, tagliata insapore e grigliata povera e poco invitante, oltre al problema che abbiamo ordinato dei tagliolini ai porcini chedendo di non mettere prezzemolo, arrivati con

29/03/2025: Sono stato in un ristorante di montagna davvero top! Atmosfera accogliente, cibo spettacolare con ingredienti freschi e sapori autentici. Ogni piatto era una delizia, e con Tommy la compagnia è stata ancora più speciale. Servizio gentile e super attento. Ci tornerò di sicuro! Perfetto per motociclisti e i prezzi sono giusti per essere sulle piste!

19/03/2025: I had the pleasure of staying for 4 days in Trentino and discovered this fantastic restaurant on the slopes. The cuisine is absolutely delicious, with typical Trentino dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The prices are more than fair considering the privileged location of the restaurant, right on the slopes, a perfect stopping point for those looking for a break during a day skiing or on the slopes. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. You can perceive particular attention to customer care, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Special thanks to the owner Tommaso, who with his availability and attentive approach made every visit even more pleasant and personal. Furthermore, the place is also really suitable for those arriving by motorbike, offering a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all two-wheel enthusiasts.

22/01/2025: The same thing happened to me as another user who reviewed some time ago. Whoever took the order on the phone reversed the order with that of another person, causing me to receive less than half of the order I had placed (in practice I received an order from only one person against an order reiterated several times on the phone for 5 people). When I pointed out to the rider that the order was wrong (the pizza box had the other person's surname on it) he made me talk on the phone to the order taker who tried to put the blame for the wrong order on me.. Never again

26/04/2025: It took them 3 hours to serve, they saw us they were there having breakfast. Grumpy and all very expensive for nothing. Cold coffee and unpleasant service.

28/12/2024: Visa and MasterCard logos on the door, terminal on the bar, but when leaving they demanded cash and some Chinese guy drove me 5km to the ATM!!! 😱 Crazy company, never again!!!

14/12/2024: A scam!! If you don't arrive at the opening you don't eat the sushi, they fill the trays at the beginning and don't add anything until the end of the service. There was the sushi chef who was walking around the place with his hands in his pockets, at my request/complaint about the lack of sushi he got to work and every dish he prepared he passed in front of my table and told me in an almost annoyed tone "here, I prepared this", it must have happened 2/3 times. Then I don't even talk about the fried foods, soy spaghetti so watery that it seemed like soup, shrimp and other dishes full of salt and pepper, almost inedible. In a good sushi place I usually force myself to finish the bottle of water there instead after 2 dishes it was already empty, you know they use the trick of saltiness to make you thirsty, drink more and therefore consume fewer dishes. DO NOT GO THERE

05/06/2025: After a nice walk, just what we needed! In times not strictly touristic, quality service, attentive and punctual waiter! Typical Trentino cuisine with some extra-regional additions (as specified in the menu) given the origins of the owners. We consumed a cutting board that turns out to be really abundant, a first course, a second course and a dessert to be able to taste more things, in the end full and satisfied! Prices in line with any current restaurant activity and in general adequate quality/price! A regenerating stop in this place is recommended!

12/06/2025: Where to start. The room was tiny, especially the shower. The breakfast was really poor with limited options. The location was OK but the parking was super limited. In the evening the lady owner with bad English forced me to repack my car even though I told her that I had some wine - not sure she understood. I would avoid this place despite their low price.
