25/05/2025: We ate there a week ago for my niece's communion, what can I say, spectacular food, impeccable service, the owner was the best. We have already eaten there other times, and we will return. I recommend it.

21/04/2025: Aesthetically speaking the place is not the maximum, and some part of the restaurant are not so clean. However dish, cutlery and glasses, as well as the table where you eat are clean and there is no problem with that. We eat all the food as "vegan" asking to the personnel if it was possible to remove some ingredients. For example temaki avocado without mayonnaise, or vegetable udon without the eggs. They are very open and available for these little changes and we left satisfied. In addition to these dishes we have also eat avocado hosomaki, avocado uramaki, grilled vegetables, edamame, vegetable dumplings, vegetable tempura. All was good and tasty. This can be a good place for vegans that want to eat some sushi and Chinese food.

17/03/2025: Encima del nuevo elevador de telecabina Doss Sabion para 10 personas, que sería un lugar privilegiado para un restaurante masivo de autoservicio con asientos al aire libre, un buen bar y un restaurante decente en la planta superior. En su lugar, tenemos un pequeño bar con capacidad para 60 personas, café decepcionado y panini (bollos de hamburguesa). No hay wifi, no hay instalaciones esenciales para colgar abrigos, cascos, etc. La terraza tiene su propio negocio de snack bar, no es bueno cuando está nevando, de lo contrario una cola muy larga. El restaurante elegante está prácticamente vacío y ocupaba gran parte de la superficie del piso. El baño es digno de mención. Espacio pequeño, incómodo, mal diseño, todo encajado en una pequeña columna central de la estación de elevación. Sin embargo, el área exterior es simplemente un vasto vacío; tanto espacio que no saben para qué usarlo.

22/01/2025: Esta vaca te trata como a una bolsa de basura si no les estás tirando dinero sin sentido, no eres nada para ellos. Servidores hostiles con cajero aún más hostil. Los sirvientes solo escuchan lo que quieren escuchar y si no es caro, no va a valer la pena su tiempo. Recibí 1/3 de mi pedido, les pedí que reemplazaran un ingrediente caro por uno barato. Por supuesto, quitaron el caro, pero no me dieron nada en su lugar. La comida era la misma que la mayoría de los otros lugares por aquí, nada nuevo. Evitaré este lugar como la plaga en el futuro.

28/03/2025: We stayed from 15 to 22 March at the Union Hotel Dolomiti, simply perfect. The services offered were excellent from every point of view: friendly and helpful staff, impeccable organisation. The rooms, spacious and with attention to the smallest details, won us over from day one. The spa was a real gem: modern, relaxing and with everything you could want after a day on the snow. Absolutely recommended!

Lo Chef propone pasti vari e abbondanti, curando le intolleranze (grazie!); il servizio curato e cordiale da parte del Cameriere che ci ha curato e coccolato in ogni particolare; la cameriera gentile, ospitale; il Direttore professionale e cordiale; pulizia delle camere Top! Bellissimo il panorama, clima silenzioso e tranquillo.. poco distante da Canazei, vicino ad Alba di Canazei … Consigliamo il gruppo UNION Hotel… con cui l’esperienza e professionalità sono di casa. 09/01/2025: We went to this small restaurant a few years ago and returned today, passing through Val di Rabbi. Empty restaurant, they made us sit at the table... to make a long story short, after 10 minutes they told us that they didn't accept dogs. We have a 2kg dog who is used to going to all the restaurants with her pillow. I can't judge the cuisine because we weren't allowed it but I must say the welcome was terrible.

23/01/2025: I had already been to this place a few years ago, and I liked it. But last night I probably ran into an unlucky evening. First of all, they tell me that the dishes in the kitchen are not there because there is no cook... Oh well… I order a cutting board. However, a platter presented as a mixture of cured meats and cheeses, in which you put three small pieces of a single cheese, is not exactly the best. And the wine, a bubble that should have been served cold, was instead brought to me at too high a temperature. I finish the platter, and sip the wine, but I realize that, even though it's only 9.40pm, I'm left alone in the place and they're starting to clear out, making me understand that I basically have to get out of the way. So I get up, pay and ask for the invoice, but they can't get it to me for inexplicable technical reasons, after half an hour of trying, claiming that they've just changed the software. No evening, here...

10/01/2025: Nice place, good and plentiful aperitif (6 euros), good food especially the mustard potatoes. Small negative note: the goulash arrived lukewarm.

Single dish: polenta with sausage and mushrooms + water and coffee Considering the poor quality of the raw materials (except for the sprig of apeena fir picked and skewered in the polenta) and of the cuisine it doesn't deserve more than one star, if we also considered the cost we would go for zero!
