25/11/2025: We stopped for lunch on Monday, November 17th, ordering two first courses (ravioli), salad, dessert, and coffee. Everything was absolutely delicious. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff were the icing on the cake. We hope to return soon!

The cuisine is well-prepared, clean, and of good quality, and the price is fair and reasonable. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet escape from the daily grind. 27/11/2025: The service was attentive and professional. I wasn't particularly impressed by the atmosphere; it's modern, which I personally find a bit neutral. Clearly, it's just a matter of subjective taste; it's still a beautiful place, very tidy and well-kept! In my opinion, the pizza dough is excellent! Delicate, well-cooked, and easy to digest, as are the balanced toppings. The combinations throughout the menu are interesting. The snowflakes are delicious! Like the entire dessert menu, it's different from the usual. I'll definitely be back; in Trento, I recommend this pizzeria without a doubt.

23/11/2025: This welcoming and well-maintained pizzeria is located right below the HI Hotel. It's a shame, however, that the pizza didn't live up to our expectations: the dough was chewy, poorly leavened, and overall not up to par with the place. The service was quick and friendly, no complaints there, but the quality of the pizza, unfortunately, didn't convince us. We spent €41 for two beers, a water, two pizzas, and a portion of fries. Since we paid in cash, we didn't receive a receipt, so I can't provide a detailed price list. A decent experience, but room for improvement, especially on the most important aspect: the pizza.

13/12/2025: The atmosphere is somewhat dated. As is the presentation of the dishes. The cooked carne salada tastes like my grandmother's slices... even in the presentation. The porcini mushroom dish... few and expensive. The desserts are good.

06/08/2025: On Saturday, August 2, 2025, we celebrated our wedding at Maso Vender in Rumo, and we truly want to thank Trentino Catering for their thoughtfulness, attention, professionalism, friendliness, and the excellent food that accompanied the most beautiful day of our lives!!! 20/10/2025: Excellent hotel. Warm and welcoming rooms. Very clean. Delightful spa. Excellent breakfast and dinner, with a good à la carte selection. Friendly staff, very accommodating to guests' requests. Stunning view of Fiera di Primiero and the Pale di San Martino. A holiday to definitely repeat.

10/10/2025: My wife and I spent 10 truly relaxing days in August. The hotel is surrounded by greenery in a quiet area, yet a 15-minute walk takes you to the center of Fiera di Primiero. The room we were assigned was spacious and super clean. The restaurant was exceptional, with attentive, professional service. Breakfast was complete, with everything from savory to sweet, including a gluten-free corner and fresh fruit. You could have breakfast inside or outside, overlooking the green valley. A huge thank you to the Scalet family: Michela and Pietro, the restaurant staff, and the lady in charge of breakfast. You made our vacation a blast.

02/11/2025: I cannot say enough good things about this family run hotel. We were kindly greeted and shown to our room. You can tell the rooms are well kept and recently remodeled. The day we arrived was disappointing due to poor weather but the sunrise over the lake got me out of bed immediately. From our room's balcony we took in breathtaking views before heading downstairs to enjoy a complimentary breakfast with a vast selection of food options including fresh eggs prepared in the kitchen. While at breakfast, the host proposed a few alterations to our hiking plan to enhance the experience. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again in the future. Great staff, great amenities, great location, and great views.

02/11/2025: The place is truly beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming. The food is also good, the potato tortel in particular was well-made—but the price is absolutely not fair. Furthermore, we weren't given a menu upon arrival, nor did the waiter tell us the price of the potato tortel. So we went in a bit "blind," and that's fine; once you're seated, you don't get up and leave... but it would have been nice to know. The dessert, at €7, also didn't convince me: nothing exceptional, in fact, I'd say it was rather bland for that price. In short: a nice place, friendly service, and good food, but the quality-price ratio isn't up to par. Considering that a ten-minute drive will take you to Fai, where you can spend €18 per person and eat the same way, here you're probably paying more for the ambiance than the food itself.

06/11/2025: The food was delicious; I loved the dish pictured and was completely satisfied, as was the appetizer (octopus carpaccio). The only flaw is the rushed waiters; as other people have written, it almost seems like they're trying to clear the table as quickly as possible, even when there are only a few people in the restaurant. I'd recommend letting customers breathe a little more (with some limitations, of course). Aside from that, if you're in Riva and don't know where to eat, I highly recommend this restaurant.

13/12/2025: We stopped for a lunch break while skiing. The sandwiches were very good, with just the right amount of filling (unlike other places). The staff was friendly and the preparation was quick.
