04/05/2025: The bacon is very good. Many products from the region. However, sometimes portion sizes are a bit small and prices are very high.

18/12/2024: It happens rarely but sometimes it happens: you have a craving for a specific dish and you find the chef who sincerely tells you: "it's a dish we used to make, but we don't make it anymore" but if you want I'll make it for you. And that's how we suddenly felt the need for 6 stars, a need that was further confirmed by the traditional Trentino passito wine (which enjoys the longest drying period in the world) and the best strudel in the world

18/04/2025: Locale accogliente e curato nei minimi dettagli. Il personale è gentile, sorridente e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Ottima selezione di birre artigianali e cocktail, accompagnati da piatti gustosi e ben presentati. L’atmosfera è perfetta sia per un aperitivo con amici che per una serata più tranquilla. Tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo!

01/05/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena in 4, menù degustazione da 6 portate. Gruppo giovane, cameriera molto simpatica e professionale, cucina superlativa, anche oltre le aspettative. Prezzo 90€ a testa giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto. Continuate così!

20/04/2025: Lunch with the family in a relaxing location, really good lunch and friendly staff. The risotto with asparagus and scallops was a delicacy... the kid with potatoes and polenta took me back to the past... I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back... Simply thank you Chef

19/04/2025: We returned to the place after about a year: perhaps something has changed. The park around the place is nice and you can walk around after eating. The restaurant is normal, but a little chaotic. When ordering, to avoid surprises, take what is recommended that day (the menu is vast, so not everything may be fresh or of the day). The staff is friendly and helpful.

04/05/2025: We stopped for lunch after a walk and had a great time. The goulash with polenta and the pappardelle with chanterelles are excellent. Not to mention the tortei, hot and freshly prepared! Service a little slow, but in a good way: it allowed us to enjoy the view in total relaxation. Authentic and welcoming mountain hut, to keep in mind!

27/04/2025: Unfortunately, eating there at the Malga Stabli was anything but positive, the food in existence from the venison to all the other courses... the service was poor, the tart was a little taller than a piadina, never have something like that happened...! However, the bill was very very generous…….. congratulations

27/05/2025: Historic restaurant in Predazzo that is now showing signs of aging and not only in terms of furnishings, the cuisine should also be enhanced. The food is not bad but it is certainly not quality. Updated May 26, 2025, the only restaurant open in town at noon. Never again. Overcooked tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and porcini mushrooms of dubious origin (they were not porcini mushrooms!). Plate of polenta with melted cheese and mixed mushrooms, inedible mixed mushrooms, edible cheese and polenta. The service? Unfortunately, you can't give less than one star, dirty glasses and I mean dirty with grease. Even the cheese bowl had two whiskers of brown grease on the edge. Never again. Instead, sandwiches at the bar.

19/01/2025: We spent a very pleasant moment of relaxation here, tasted some delicious cicchetti and a sandwich with salami and cheese, hot at the right point, delicious. The outdoor terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Cembra Valley, up to Mount Bondone and a wonderful sunset, which warms the heart. We had a really good time, thank you!

08/11/2024: A beautiful Trentino reality. Stunning panorama, beautiful terrace where you can eat high quality products kissed by the sun. Many gastronomic products on sale, honey, wine, beer... the decor of the place is top-notch.

31/05/2025: I was fooled by the name "Osteria" and the not exactly central location. I expected a certain type of place, a bit rustic, but it is anything but. Very nice place, with a beautiful pergola outside that overlooks a vineyard. The interior is also very elegant. You can choose between an à la carte menu or a tasting menu. A wine pairing is recommended for each course. Excellent and well-made dishes. Friendly staff and a knowledgeable sommelier, he professionally explained the wines offered to us. Only for the desserts I expected something more, they were not up to par with the rest. Prices above average (about €50 per person). Overall a truly excellent dinner and a nice discovery. I recommend it!
