01/09/2025: We stopped by on a day in August when it had just started raining. The sandwiches were very good, although it took a bit of a wait, but as mentioned, it was raining and people were coming in, so that's understandable. The meatballs were also good. The place was very nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

17/08/2025: The place is very simple, but the pizza is excellent: light and flaky, made with dough made with type 1 and 0 flours. A surprising discovery, one of the best pizzas I've had in the entire Vallagarina. The horsemeat sirloin from the local butcher is also excellent. Stop by if you're passing by to enjoy a pizza or a local dish; it's definitely worth it! 👍🏼

26/07/2025: A super fun route up with winding roads and beautiful views. Afterward, we enjoyed delicious pizzas. Friendly staff and tasty desserts. All very affordable. Unfortunately, there was no room in the conservatory, but we had a great time inside as well. Highly recommended!

01/09/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Ristorante La Rotonda for the official presentation of Alessandro Bencivenga's film "The Invisible Red Thread," and it was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful stay. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the dishes were excellent, tasty, and prepared with great care. Breakfast was equally appreciated: rich, varied, and plentiful. A special thank you to the owners, exceptional people who run the property with passion, friendliness, and great hospitality. In short: a welcoming, well-managed place with excellent cuisine. Highly recommended for both a stay and a visit to the area.

To complement the wine pairings, we served a variety of focaccia, fine meat and cheese specialties, and delicious antipasti. Everything was fresh, lovingly prepared, and of high quality. Our guests lacked nothing – the selection was harmonious, delicious, and perfectly tailored to the occasion. A huge compliment to the entire team – Trentino Catering is highly recommended for stylish events with high standards of quality and presentation!
