Lunch ruined by a single waiter (the bartender, a guy with a beard around 30-35), who to the question posed to him by my girlfriend regarding the ingredients of the cake we wanted to buy, due to ALLERGY, replied annoyed... I quote, "what about I know, it's been a long time since I've had milk, I don't make cakes." We can all have a bad day but it's because of these characters that you lose customers, including me.

24/08/2024: Cozy and typical refuge in furnishings, nothing to really say about breakfast and lunch. My daughter literally loved their brioche with chocolate! Excellent cream and jam krapfen. Aperitifs made well and balanced in doses. Top lunch, we had a platter of cured meats, cold cuts and cheeses, polenta with stew and mushrooms, polenta with sauce and stew, penne with ragù! Everything perfect. Delicious dishes and professionally presented. Courteous, young and helpful staff.

12/08/2024: No, today was really not good at all. First, we waited almost 20 minutes without being served (we had a reservation and were seated quickly, but then nothing happened for a long time), and then the nice young man must have been having a very bad day. At least, that’s what one could assume, because both we and the neighboring tables were served very rudely and carelessly. Another family even left the restaurant. We've tried many restaurants in Campitello, but here the service was simply NOT good at all, true to the motto ‘They’re just holiday guests, don't care!’ The food arrived at different times, and there wasn’t even a comment about it, let alone an apology. We spent a lot of money at this place with our group, but there was no sense of appreciation for the guests. However, when I look at the restaurant’s responses to negative comments, it only supports my point. As the saying goes, 'A hit dog will holler.' 😁

10/08/2024: Tried it a few days ago, good welcome and service, ok food, but I wasn't personally convinced by the quality/portion/price ratio, unbalanced on the price. Edit to reply to the comment: platforms like this are made for customers to leave their opinion, that's their purpose. Expecting reviews to be explained before leaving them is in my opinion unrealistic, and it is certainly not the customer's obligation. Also noteworthy is the response to the review that I find aggressive and rude, I leave it to the reader to draw conclusions.

12/08/2024: Clean hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast and dinner are very good and the staff are young and super friendly and professional. A pleasure to see such young and talented guys!! The only note to highlight is the type of room which we do not believe is suitable for a 4 star (it was supposed to be a deluxe room but there was just enough space to move around). However, even the swimming pool which is reported as usable is only available by reservation for an hour or an hour and a quarter and even for a fee in the afternoon. If you choose a structure with a swimming pool you do so so that you can enjoy it when you have the opportunity, which is difficult to always predict in advance. Overall not bad

17/08/2024: Excellent campsite with incredible views, especially in the area dedicated to tents. We stayed two nights at this campsite and from the moment we arrived we were greeted with great kindness and helpfulness. The context is very natural, silent, reserved, but at the same time convenient for reaching Fiera di Primiero. The pizzeria is very good and is also frequented by people outside the campsite, so I recommend either booking it in advance or going late in the evening. During our stay we did not find any major defects except perhaps: for the parking at the entrance, which is a bit small and even along the road it is difficult to find a space; for the bathrooms, which could be a little more equipped (toilet paper, baskets, wipes for drying hands); and for access to the lawn for tents, which could be facilitated by creating steps. We didn't try the swimming pool, but having enjoyed our stay at this property we will definitely return. Thanks for everything!

15/08/2024: I have been frequenting this little camping gem for 4 years. In an area with a postcard view and not far from the town, there is no shortage of a mini market. This year we found a clear improvement in the cleanliness of the services even if there is a lack of waste bins, such as in the dishwashing area. For the WC facilities equipped with handles to facilitate elderly people, it would not hurt as well as some light during the day for shaving. Small measures that would increase my appreciation. Helpful and friendly staff including the pizza chef with excellent pizzas. The icing on the cake would be to have a few more kW of electricity (at a surcharge) in all the pitches. Recommended campsite for families with children given the presence of the beautiful swimming pool. Definitely potential to be exploited. This year I'm adding a star to the reviews hoping to add another next year.

12/02/2024: Unfortunately, the rooms and hotel are very outdated. But the staff tries very hard. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was closed in June - but green ones were not mentioned. A pity!

10/10/2023: Very very nice place, located at the entrance to Malga Costa: an enchanting and truly relaxing place. The place was closing so we limited ourselves to taking a stick of the mountain: one with lemon and one with chocolate. Personally I tasted the lemon stick and it reminded me a lot of limoncello (but not alcoholic). I loved it! The restaurant has tables inside but I recommend outdoor tables placed in the courtyard. Enchanting! Friendly and helpful staff.

24/08/2024: We were there for the "giropizza" evening, the pizza and the varieties were delicious, the service was excellent, and the price too. The room isn't huge, but it's very comfortable! A +++ to the pizza makers and their choice of music, we really liked their playlist and above all sometimes seeing them work and sing to the rhythm of the music!
