Food was great, hardly any wait, everything very fresh, portions were very generous, pizza was very, very delicious, service was quick and very friendly

The "Tagliatelle all'uovo fatte in casa al tartufo nero" here is delicious, and the other dishes are also very good! The service is extremely friendly, the restaurant is situated in a beautiful historic building, and the waitress who served us had some very nice stories to tell about it. It is a family business that has been in their possession for many years. We would love to come back here when we are in Riva again.

A highly recommended, authentic Italian restaurant with fair prices and delicious food. The carbonara is a must for any carbonara lover, and despite being a "primi piatti" (first course), the portion was significantly larger than what we've experienced with pasta dishes at other restaurants. The service was attentive and very friendly. We tried the pizza twice and were very happy with both. Definitely try it and see for yourself! :)

A big surprise for us in Riva del Garda! With so much tourism, we hadn't expected to find such a high-quality restaurant (by chance). The food was excellent, and the service was attentive and friendly. Actually, we shouldn't praise them so much, because who knows, maybe we won't even get a table next time! 😅

Delicious tagliatelle with truffles, a charming and historic restaurant in Piazza delle Erbe. Favorite dish? Paccheri with calamari, hands down. Excellent wine selection. Delicious tiramisu, better than in Treviso! Friendly and quick staff! Average prices.

We had a truly wonderful evening at Ristorante Maffei in Riva del Garda. For a starter, we enjoyed a delicious beef carpaccio – fresh, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Afterwards, we tried the Pizza Mate, which was also incredibly tasty. We were particularly impressed by the paper-thin crust and the very aromatic porcini mushrooms – beautifully crispy and authentically Italian. The house wine, Vino Rosso, is also excellent and pairs perfectly with the food. The restaurant's location right in front of the Piazza delle Erbe is especially lovely, allowing you to relax and watch the diverse tourists strolling by while soaking up the unique atmosphere of Riva del Garda. The entrance and interior are also well worth seeing. The tastefully restored vaulted ceilings lend the restaurant a wonderful historical ambiance, making the visit even more special. On top of all that, the service is friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for excellent Italian food in Riva del Garda!
