Excellent experience with excellent attention to detail. The care in the preparation of the dishes together with the service make the restaurant an excellent experience. The possibility of having the pairing of fine wines is excellent thanks to the Coravin system which allows you to taste even a glass of a well-preserved high quality wine.

I found this place absolutely in line with my expectations, top food and excellent food/quality/price ratio, highly recommended for those looking for something out of the ordinary

Excellent food and beautiful plate language. The wine prices on the menu are changed spontaneously depending on the guest (a bottle is €100 more expensive). When we reserved the table we paid a deposit of €100 and this was forgotten to be deducted from the bill.

Bei unserem Besuch musste man schon Zeit einplanen, nicht nur, dass alles frisch gekocht wurde, auch die Bedienungen waren mit 2 Personen überfordert, besonders wenn liebevoll an einem Plastikkorken geschnuppert wird. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

We booked a dinner for 2. Even though we were local, we didn't know the place and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is located inside a historic building and is the result of a careful renovation. There are few tables, spread over 2 floors, which allow the staff to dedicate time to the guests, explaining the dishes as they are served. It is possible to choose between 4 tasting menus, with different numbers of courses and prices, or choose the à la carte proposals, all the result of selected ingredients linked to the territory. More than a dinner, it was an experience in taste: the first thing that strikes you is the plating, which is meticulous and rich in detail, but it is when you start tasting that you can feel the experience of the chefs and the right balance between experimentation and tradition. The ingredients are absolutely top quality and the wines offered pair perfectly with the dishes. We chose the Samuele menu, 4 courses plus a welcome from the kitchen, a pre-dessert and a small pastry at the end. Even if the portions are not abundant, it definitely keeps us full from the table. Also noteworthy is the bread, made by them, accompanied by salted butter. The atmosphere is relaxed, despite being an elegant environment it is not necessary to dine in a tie. The wait staff is young and sometimes gets lost (we had requested more bread which never arrived), but nothing irremediable. Overall a good team working under the careful supervision of the owner. The strong point, however, is the open kitchen, where the chefs move confidently and compose the dishes in a masterful way. Would I recommend it? Surely! The price is high, but absolutely correct compared to what is offered. We will also return to taste the summer menu, since the ingredients are seasonal. Compliments!

Restaurant in the center of Trento that has excellent culinary offerings linked to the area. The leitmotif - "where innovation meets tradition" - is well represented in the menu. The service is also excellent. To try.

Ambiente caldo ed accogliente, fantastica cucina a vista, servizio all'altezza, piatti tradizionali rivisitati, davvero molto interessanti. Portate abbondanti, materia di altissima qualità e ben presentati. Unica pecca, a mio parere, il costo un poco eccessivo dei vini al bicchiere, in questo poca chiarezza da parte del servizio, ma ci può stare, per il resto tutti soddisfatti. Lo consiglio vivamente.
