09/03/2025: Place of the heart. Family-run mountain hut, it feels like going to grandma's for lunch ❤️ homemade dumplings, gnocchi and strudel daily. High quality food prepared with love, which is rare these days. Not to mention the absolutely cheap prices for the quality offered. Friendly staff and welcoming place. Highly recommended! We returned several times to try different dishes, each better than the other. Note of merit to the canederli, gnocchi with venison sauce, the shank (by reservation only) and it ends on a sweet note with their still warm freshly baked strudel.

31/03/2025: Bel rifugio ottimamente tenuto (ad eccezione dei bagni...) all'arrivo della cabinovia di Predazzo. Il rifugio offre servizio a buffet con scelte abbondanti sia di primi che di dolci, ma di qualità media, sicuramente non corrispondente all'alto listino applicato. Personale cortese ma abbastanza lento, nonostante il poco affollamento.

29/03/2025: A truly typical cabin. There are different options for eating: self-service, restaurant or at the bar outside. We ate at the restaurant, the place was not very crowded as it was a weekday and out of season. They were super fast with service. The dishes are super abundant so ask for advice before ordering!

15/06/2025: I'm Italian and very critical of pasta, especially because I saw beforehand that the same restaurant also serves Indian food. But the pasta, pizza, and fish were all delicious and authentic. I was really pleasantly surprised! The price was great, and the Aperol sorbet was also very good, which I rarely say! The atmosphere is peaceful, and the view of the mountains is beautiful and very cozy! I can really recommend it; I'll be back anytime!

10/06/2025: Beautiful experience: the castle was taken over thanks to the initiative of the citizens of Pergine and can now be visited. The bar, restaurant and hotel services have been recovered and continued in this fairy-tale setting. Unlike what you might imagine, the prices are truly 'popular' as there is no luxury and the hotel structure is very simple, within the reach of all those who are not looking for luxury but a truly extraordinary experience in a real and historic manor. The offer of various types of events that can be enjoyed throughout the year is also very interesting. Truly, congratulations and infinite thanks to all those who have been able to make this wonderful recovery possible.

01/06/2025: Today we took a guided tour of the castle, the volunteer who acted as our guide was kind, knowledgeable and available to answer questions and curiosities. The castle is beautiful, with breathtaking views. We will return to try the hotel and restaurant, only one star because it has no TV in the rooms and poor Wi-Fi, it seemed crazy to us, the beauty of the rooms and the hotel does not need either. 04/06/2025: We have been visiting the Seele Hotel – now Hi Hotel – regularly since its beginnings and have almost considered it our second home. The warm atmosphere, the loving surroundings, and the consistently immaculate cleanliness have delighted us time and again. We returned several times a year because we knew: Here, you feel welcome, here, you feel comfortable. A week ago, we visited the new owners for the first time. We were full of anticipation, but unfortunately, this was quickly dampened. The familiar feeling of "arriving" simply didn't seem to materialize this time. Everything suddenly seemed very cold, distant, and almost impersonal. The warm, family-like atmosphere that we had enjoyed so much over the years was gone. Unfortunately, our room had several defects that further spoiled the overall impression: The door seal was broken, making it difficult to close properly. The toilet paper holder was loose and about to fall off the wall, and the fact that they now charge an extra €15 per day for parking doesn't make things any better. The breakfast remained fundamentally the same, but the small, loving touches that once made it so special were missing, such as the homemade cake and the lovingly prepared scrambled or fried eggs. Instead, there was a ready-made scrambled egg, which seemed uninviting and, unfortunately, didn't taste great either. Overall, the hotel has changed a lot, at least in our experience. In the past, the hotel was regularly renovated and maintained; everything was thought out down to the last detail and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be a top priority. Of course, we are aware that things change, but sometimes it's a shame when so much warmth and attention to detail is lost in the process. We look back with great gratitude on the many wonderful stays we were able to experience at the Seele Hotel under the previous management. However, after this last visit, it seems unlikely that we will return again.

30/05/2025: Trotzdem das Restaurant sehr voll war, klappte es mit dem Service und den Berichten einwandfrei. Wir waren begeistert von der schnellen Handhabung und trotzdem sehr guten Qualität der Gerichte. Die Pizza war eine der besten, meine Frau hatte Gnocchi mit Parmesan und Trüffel. Beides war sehr zu empfehlen.

05/05/2025: A maggio è uno dei pochissimo locali aperti in centro a Moena, ci siamo finiti per caso ma è stata una piacevole esperienza! Ragazza in sala molto gentile, non vengono offerti molti piatti ma i cocktail offerti sono moltissimi e invitanti! Hamburger buoni e anche il dolce!

07/06/2025: The gluten free pizza was very good as was the tiramisu. The gluten free "bread sticks" from a bag are a joke but that was no big deal. Had some nice local wine as well.

02/02/2025: Simple, basic hotel that in summer would be a 2-star campsite, with mini sauna in every room. Although the sauna disappointed us a little because it says that it is ready after 15 minutes but it takes at least 30-40 to find it hot enough. After half an hour it reaches 25 degrees and then increases up to 38 degrees from what I could see. It is a mix between sauna and Turkish bath because it is not very hot (about 38 degrees) and too humid (about 85%), but it is certainly comfortable because it is good for your health and you don't have to walk around the hotel with a bathrobe and slippers since it is not not even that hot around the hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Ample parking. Secondary rear entrance with independent access if you want to go out in the evening and stay out late. Very comfortable and large beds. Large but basic bathroom with standard shower. Some rooms including mine also had a small balcony useful for those who smoke and then there is a beautiful view of the valley to see as soon as you wake up. Fairly efficient air conditioning.
