THERE IS AN ALMOST FAMILY ATMOSPHERE, BUT ALWAYS WITH THE APPROPRIATE RESPECT. DEFINITELY REPEATED, PERHAPS ON WARMER DAYS, SO YOU CAN ENJOY EXPERIENCES LIKE THE BATH IN THE TUB AND THE HAY BED WITH MORE PEACE OF MIND.

14/08/2025: A very welcoming restaurant run by a mother and her two children. It offers traditional cuisine and excellent pizza! If you're passing through, make a reservation, because it's definitely worth it!

08/08/2025: We had dinner on our last night on vacation in Breguzzo. It's a small but very well-kept and charming place. I recommend making a reservation. The food is truly delicious, the service has always been top-notch, and the wait is normal. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it.

12/09/2025: Whenever I happen to be in the area, a trip to Salanzada is always a pleasure. First of all, the location is wonderful, the view spectacular, and it's wonderful to be able to stop and see the animals living on the farm. The restaurant has never disappointed me. Over the years, I've tried the desserts the mountain hut offers for afternoon snacks several times (all excellent); in my opinion, that's the best time of day to visit Salanzada. For lunch and dinner, I've usually opted for polenta accompanied by mushrooms and/or cheese, a dish I always find delicious (you can't say you've been to Val di Fiemme without eating some polenta with mushrooms, come on). The service, in my experience, has always been prompt and accurate. Every now and then, during less busy times, I even manage to chat with the lady who runs the establishment, who is always very friendly and cheerful.

16/10/2025: Finally, a pizza with a non-sagging base. Simply crispy and super good 👌 small but perfectly formed.

12/10/2025: Gorgeous place just steps from the woods. The staff are truly friendly, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean and beautiful, and all at a fair price! You can purchase their products and go horseback riding. A wonderful find!

23/08/2025: During our vacation in Tesero, we discovered this pub almost by accident, and it quickly became a favorite spot for our evenings. The atmosphere is authentic, where the friendly staff makes all the difference: always smiling, helpful, and ready to recommend the perfect beer or sandwich for every taste. The menu is surprisingly varied: excellent craft beers and a selection of generous, well-prepared sandwiches, made with fresh, quality ingredients. The ambiance also contributes to the pleasant experience, with a thoughtfully designed interior and an outdoor area perfect for summer evenings. An added bonus are the events: we attended a live evening dedicated to 883, which made the atmosphere even more engaging and fun. In short, this pub is not just a place to eat and drink well, but a place where you truly feel at home. If you find yourself in Tesero, I highly recommend it: a perfect blend of quality, friendliness, and fun.

08/11/2025: At the end of a hard day's work, we were recommended dinner at this trattoria. While it may seem like a trattoria, its rustic ambiance is what makes it so special. It's a great place to enjoy a relaxed dinner, in a relaxed atmosphere, with just a few tables and a menu featuring a limited number of gourmet dishes, all of which are high-quality and made with carefully selected ingredients. The quality/price ratio was very good.

15/12/2025: Strolling through the streets of Cavalese's center, I discovered Cantuccio, an intimate and welcoming restaurant with just a few seats. Its dishes made me fall in love with the place. Kudos to the warm atmosphere and the delicious dishes!

16/11/2025: The canederli are unforgettable, as is the chestnut tiramisu! The service is also excellent; I highly recommend this little gem located on a central alley in Cavalese.

30/11/2025: The kebab was cold and disappointing, and the price was outrageous: €25 for two piadinas, two portions of fries, and two drinks. Elsewhere, for the same price, you can get the same menu items, eat better, and spend less.

19/10/2025: The pizzerias are good, thin crust with excellent ingredients. The restaurant, on the other hand, is very basic; except for four cold dishes, there's really nothing else. The setting (the porch) is rustic, but the furnishings aren't, and this jars a bit. Overall, an excellent dinner.

08/12/2025: A very welcoming place with a beautiful panoramic view and modern mountain decor. They have a vegan and gluten-free menu, in addition to the standard menu. Prices are average, and the food is quality. I had the roast seitan, and it was really good, with a soft texture (different from the classic seitan). The blueberry, lavender, and prosecco sorbet was also delicious! The waitress was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. You need to make a reservation, though, otherwise you won't find a table.
